Surprisingly rich museum with displays depicting prehistoric bones from mammoths and other extinct species indigenous to this region. Large maps showing the history of this region and popular landmarks, including rail lines and orange groves. I spent an hour perusing the displays and did not see half of it. The staff persons were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the history; one of them being a nearly 70 year resident across the street from this park. What a truly pleasant and informative visit. I’d highly recommended going. It’s only open a few hours 2 days a week which limits access but more visitors could possibly increase hours...
