TAMMY NEEDS TRAINING!
I have been a patron of Crumbl Cookies for quite some time, spending $100's a month on cookies that are perfect gifts for my clients, family, and friends. I recently gave birth to premature twins who will be spending a couple months in the hospital in the NICU. Two weeks ago I came to Crumbl Cookies and the staff that was their was so kind and accommodating and cut two dozen cookies into 4's for me, as I was bringing them as as treat for the NICU nurses-They even offered to write a special note on the box for me. Today I went in with the same intention, but purchased 3 dozen cookies. The girl at the counter was very accommodating and assured me they could do it. Tammy, who was working in the back, came to the counter and very rudely chimed in that they would "never do that", even though they did this for me two weeks ago, and said in a condescending tone "why would I ask them to do this" since they were "clearly so busy", even though I saw three people standing in the back doing nothing, and at that moment I was the only patron in the store. I'm not sure if Tammy is overwhelmed with her job or if this is normal behavior but I would caution anyone patronizing this business to...
Read moreA must stop every week on Th/F after school! Rarely does a week go by where there’s not a flavor we’re dying to try.
The kicker with Crumbl is the FOMO! Closed on Sundays to create and kick off the baking for the week, they only have usually 3-4 new flavors to try + the two staples, Milk Chocolate Chip and Classic Pink Sugar. Sometimes later in the week they’ll add a mystery flavor with a limited amount available depending on the store. They also have catering which does the smaller version of the cookies (minimum order) and ice cream!
The do a good job of keeping each week on “theme” and honestly the combinations are wild.
TIP: if you see three that are a must try for the week, spring for the box of 4 vs 3 individual — it’s a better buy. Also, sign up for the loyalty rewards because it adds up quick.
They have a counter where you can order or two DIY screens if you just want to swing thru quickly. I think you can order ahead as well and do curbside or run inside.
NOTE: each cookie is 4 SERVINGS, so if nutritional facts matter, download the app and look at each flavor for the week. Some are better then others but occasionally they can pack a punch to the waist line....
Read more2.6.25 Ordered online said it would be ready at 6pm got there at 6:03 they had nothing ready, place was empty… 4 girls working, 3 talking not doing anything, one actual asked if we had a pick up Order said yes wasn’t even prepared so at least she asked and did the order once we were there so what’s the point of ordering and paying online to pick it up…when you have to go in and go through the steps as if you didn’t order online. She puts the order together puts it in counter doesn’t say a word and walks away no I’m sorry it wasn’t ready not have a nice night nothing!! Get home the cookie look absolutely horrible and the cheesecake was frozen. 25.00 for a mini cheese cake and 6 mini cookies to not have them ready, service was horrible and packed like a 2 year old did it!!! Won’t be back! I suggest whoever is managing this place have a chat with your lazy staff and teach them some basic manners and skills! This shouldn't be a hard job for 4 girls in an empty place (at the time). Or even busy for...
