Watch out for hidden fees.....then never getting a refund like promised!
This IS NOT an official Verizon store. Only an authorized retailer. I suggest going to and official store over this company.
Ordered a new Galaxy Watch 3 from this at the end of August 2020. Watch was ordered and showed up within 3 days. That part is OK no issue there. I went and picked up my watch. Got home and looked at my bill and saw a $25 "Setup For Success" charge. They didn't set anything up for me! I took the watch out of the store still sealed in the box (I am tech savvy and told them I would handle setup).
I called the store manager and explained to him that I did not need any sort of setup and I requested a refund for that $25 charge. Manager gave me a song a dance about that is how they get paid but said he would look into it. Manager placed me on hold for a little bit. Comes back and claims corporate states they will refund the money but can only send it in a check as opposed to me coming back in and putting it back on my debit card. I said that is fine and agreed to that. He took my name and address.
It is now Nov. 13, 2020 and I still don't have my refund check of $25 dollars. Approx. 11 weeks now I doubt I am ever going to see that check.
So long story short.....watch out for fees like this. If I knew there was this $25 fee I would of ordered the watch from an official Verizon store.....they don't charge these sort of fees. I know they don't due to I ordered my old watch from a different store and had no additional fee except for line activation.

Took my information (existing customer),said he'd call me. Manager called on 17th or 18th, and said he wasn't sure when phone would be coming.I told him i recieived an email With tracking #, and it should be there On Fri 19th. He said good ,thanks. Checked tracking # Sat morning, said delivered on the 19th 11:30 am. Went to store Sat am ,was told by employee phones here, manager not in and he's the only one who can complete the paper work. Come back Monday Feb 22. I called a round to find someone else at verizon with phone i wanted. Was told nobody else could sell me a phone because of the paper work the manager had entered. If i could get him to cancell I could purchase phone at different verizon.Went back to store monday Feb 22. Same employee told me manger not there, come back Tuesday. Went to another verizon explained the mess.They told me employee should get a hold of manager. Went back to russell store, asked employee to call manager to cancel sale. He said come back tomorrow when manger is here.I repeated my request, he repeated his request. After 2-3 more times he said i'm calling 911,which he did. He said i was soliciting the store. Sherrif deputy came and told me to leave. I did. Called verizon main office explained the situation to them. They called russell store ,same employee answered phone and deleted the sale as in structed...
Read moreVery disappointed in my experience with this store. 1st off, my impression of the store was it was dark, unorganized, almost looked like it was going out of business. We went in and dealt with Sean, were there for over 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon to switch from AT&T with 3 lines. Come 7:00 when they were closing, we felt pushed out even though our phones were completed switched over. Ended up spending 5 hours trying to get 1 phone done because of an issue. We were also told we were getting gift cards to pay off our old phones. I asked for something on the contract showing and was told they don't add that promo on but we would get them in 8-12 weeks. I stopped in the store a couple of days later because something wasn't sitting right and spoke with Jordan and he said he would confirm and get back to me. 1 week later, I didn't hear from Jordan or Sean so I called Verizon. Well what the store fails to inform everyone is that you need to actually log in to your Verizon account and REDEEM this offer yourself..... Had I not done this in the next few days, I would have not gotten the $2100 back for the 3 phones Verizon was supposed to be paying off.... Very disappointed in the store itself and not relaying the correct information as Verizon Wireless said this is the top complaint they get.... Verizon of course is making it right for the stores lack of information but please be aware of all of the terms and conditions with whatever promos you...
