If I take my time to write a review then the service was THAT BAD.
After already having issues at a different location, I came here hoping it would be better. Todd helped me. He had a plaque on his desk that said Specialist of the Month. My dad called the customer support line the day before to add me to the account so I could pickup the equipment and install it in their new house before they arrived from PA. The customer support person messed up and didnât add me to the account. Todd was very rude and kept saying things like âI can waste my breath and explain this again if you likeâ. Whenever I would go a different route with my question of how to resolve this he would just get louder and say the âwaste my breath lineâ over and over. Then out of the blue when I was asking a question, he decides without my asking to go get the manager.
Only positive of my trip was dealing with this manager. Manager was nice and listened and then answered the proper questions so I knew my next steps. I donât like when tensions get high and I like to deescalate. I even apologized to Todd that this is an unfortunate situation and I understand he probably has little control and he says, âYeah and I have to take the heat from you.â I didnât yell or anything. I didnât talk over him. He finished this interaction by saying, âThank you for the inconvenienceâ. This guy had a plaque on his desk for Specialist of the Month. If this is a top performing individual then I have very low expectations for anyone else I will deal with.
But thereâs more⌠While I was trying to figure out my problem I stepped aside. A frustrated lady came in needing help. After she left, Todd starting talking and venting about the lady and prior interaction WITH THE CUSTOMERS. If I wasnât on the phone with my dad trying to figure this out I wouldâve called them out on this. Very unprofessional to talk poorly about customers to other customers.
Then another sweet old lady came in and Todd said, âHi maâam. How can I help you today?â She stops at the check-in screen to check in for her appt and sweetly says, âOh, I donât need to sign in?â To which Todd replies, âNooooo, thatâs why I said How can I help you todayâ.

   Read moreToday I called cs and was told to go into this location to get a new router in bec my house got struck my lightening causing a huge tree to fall in my yard feet away from my house knocking everything out, when I get to the location there were 2 employees both were with custs, I was the next person in line as I was waiting 30mins 5-6 more ppl came in and are now waiting as well meanwhile the rep Todd continues to talk about his family and his favorite tv channels for 30mins to the same cust. While we all continued to wait! Finally when the cust. walked away an older woman walked up to his desk ahead of everyone else in line he proceeded to help her not caring that the rest of us were already waiting 30mins and she was the last person on the waiting list, when myself and 2 other ppl spoke up he immediately got an attitude with us, told us to hold on and then continued to help the woman!! After she walked away I walked up to the station bec it was now my turn and set my stuff which was the router, my ID, and my phone, he immediately rudely told me I need to remove my stuff from his desk and step away bec he had personal information on his screen which was facing his direction and i could not possibly ever see, I removed my ID and phone from his desk and stepped back a few feet and then he told me I needed to remove the rounter and go sit back down untill he called my name, at that point I snapped!! Y did he not just tell the woman that just walked up to his desk out of order none of this?? I refused to move the router box and told him to do his job, then he told me he would not work at all untill I went back to my seat like I was a 5 yr old child he then went into a back room and refused to take any custs untill I moved away from his desk, he made all of the other 8 custs stand there for another 15-20 mins refusing to do his job bec he was mad bec we called him out for letting the lady skip the line!! I was in there yesterday and realized after I signed in that I was 9th on the list and it was going to be a wait. The customer beside me said he just made a reservation online to come back at a later time and wished me luck. I decided that was a better idea too instead of waiting what looked like was going to be a couple hours minimum. So, I rescheduled to drop off my friendâs equipment (she lives out of town) for her at 2:20pm today. I arrived about 25 minutes early bc I was in the area. As soon as I hit enter on the check in screen, my name was called and I was amazed and ecstatic that it was so fast. So I started walking to the front immediately and within 5-10 seconds the man called out another name. I went to the front and said my name was just called and the one employee Todd, was immediately loud, rude and obnoxious that he didnât call my name. I said thatâs fine but someone just did. The employee in the middle (didnât catch his name) said that he called my name 3 times. I literally just walked in and checked in and they called my name ( remember my appt wasnât until 2:20pm and I was way early). Todd, again being loud and obnoxious, asked me why I was there and how he could help me and explained that he was just trying to go to lunch. I told him I was just dropping off equipment for a friend. He then said that he was a human being (like I was the one being rude) and it was nice to meet me or something like that. Iâm still in shock that this behavior is going on at a Spectrum store!! Todd, then proceeded to be rude with a lady that walked up to ask a question.
