Mattress Firm Seminole City Center — Hotel in Seminole

The prices and selection are very good, and we got a free box and delivery. What impressed me was the patience and knowledge in helping us choose a mattress, from Myra. No one else was in the store, we had her undivided attention, and even though only 1 of us was getting a mattress that day, she let us have fun trying out all different ones, from the highest end to the clearance center. She explained the pros and cons of each one, it was really fun! and good for her, because while trying them out, I fell in love with the Black Ice pillow and bought that too. Teri had helped us previous visit, I didn't meet her but BF found her to also be extremely knowledgeable and patient. I like the 120 day 'return' policy if you end up not liking your mattress; i have used this before.

Wesley provided excellent customer service from the moment I entered the store. He listened to my needs and led me to the mattresses that had the specific qualities I was seeking. He never tried to push me into overspending, but actually sat down with me and crunched the numbers, explaining where and how I could save with the various options. His expert advice and the patience to help me for 3 hours, was above and beyond. This was a major decision for me. My first new bed in over 15 years! I left feeling such relief and joy that in two days I will have a bed the likes of which I never would have thought I could own, and which will address my pain issues and help me get some much-needed sleep. Don't order a bed-in-a-box, which will never fit back in the box if you don't like it, or buy your mattress at a store that is really set up to sell furniture. Cande was the best from start to finish. She gave great customized advice as to which mattress I should purchase. She followed up and answered all my questions all the way through the process. I would highly recommend not only Cande, The Mattress Firm store at Seminole city center, but also the Sealy 12 inch plush memory foam mattress and adjustable bed base. I must admit that I had previously ordered the Tempurpedic from the Tampa International mall store. I had so many problems with their customer service, that I stopped in just to get A comparative estimate. I left with spending Half the amount, twice the customer service, and cancelled the Tempurpedic order. My son and his wife bought Tempurpedic that I tried out.
