First time diner, impressed! My wife has always been a big fan of Chipotle, but I'm not a fan of burritos in general or rice and beans in particular. Nevertheless, I promised to dress up and go on Halloween for their special four dollar burrito deal and I'm glad I did. I ordered the burrito bowl, with the warm tortilla on the side to keep things from becoming the soggy mess which I would have no fun eating. I tried half and half carne asada and chicken, both of which were flavorful. Additionally, got queso, which I understand is extra and which I would pass on next time, in favor of the more flavorful and textured shredded cheese and sour cream I also topped the bowl with- this was over the rice I'd also skip next time to add even more of the corn salsa- which is awesome. Also a fan of fajita veggies, chopped tomato, tomatillo salsa (has a spicy kick) and lettuce, all of which you can have piled high with no upcharge. Speaking of upcharges, there's the guac. Did I get it? Yes. No regrets! I'm not a small person, so I was surprised that what at first seemed like a small dinner was actually quite filling. I ate about two thirds before crying mercy. I was also very entertained by all the great costumes customers came in wearing. One person was an avocado. Another was wearing a hunting gilley suit. There was a guy dressed up like Chinese food who said his fiance was at home dressed as giant chopsticks. A dad came in dressed as Beast carrying his tiny four year old Belle. It was festive. Employees and burrito eaters alike seemed to get in the spirit. I'd go again, on a more sedate day, just for the healthy kind of full I felt after having my meal, rather than the fast food blahs. I'd even be willing to make this our new Halloween dinner tradition. I enjoyed...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would have. Against my better judgment after seeing the faculty in extremely dirty and unsafe to eat I continued to order my food. The containers were mostly empty and the food that was in them were extremely old and cold. The rice was soo hard that it almost chipped my teeth. The steak was extremely tough and fatty. The employees were playing practical jokes on eachother and broke almost every food safety rule right in front of my eyes. Then continued Tripping eachother and calling other employees names. We'll today I'm paying the price " Extreme stomach cramps and well you could guess it.. Probably should have made a better decision.. I would definitely recommend a different location ..
Once Again we tried to visit this restaurant tonight at 8pm and they were extremely occupied with their vape pens and mobile devices. The cook was working hard with a grill full of hot food and preparing fresh rice and the 2 other younger employees were goofing off and the resteraunt was trashed. Over flowing trash in every container and the food station was destroyed with cross contamination everywhere. I truly wonder if the owners care or if this is an acceptable practice for this particular store. I asked the young lady for the name of the store Manager and she giggled and smiled but...
Read moreHello, I came in at 9:32 PM to order a burrito bowl. At that time, two of the proteins were already unavailable—no big deal. However, the fajita veggies were down to scraps, and the guacamole was clearly at the bottom of the container. I still went ahead with my order, understanding it was near closing time. When I asked if I could have the remaining guacamole at no extra charge—since it didn’t look like a full serving and the veggies were visibly old—I was told no. I asked if what remained was even a full portion, and the employee paused before saying, “Umm, yeah it is. Do you want it?” I said sure, and was met with the response: “You could try to come in a little earlier next time.” I would have appreciated a little leniency, considering I was making a full-price purchase and accepting the leftovers that would likely be tossed out anyway. Instead, I was charged full price for bottom-of-the-barrel ingredients and made to feel like the burden was on me for arriving 30 minutes before closing. I understand policies are policies, but it felt like the priority was squeezing out one more dollar rather than ensuring quality and customer experience. It’s disappointing to see that food on its last legs is considered good enough to sell, but not worth accommodating for. Thank you for taking the time to hear...
