My family and I were there last night for dinner 6 total people, our server was amazing I forgot her name but she was blonde and super attentive and helpful. Everything was great until the food runner (her name was supposedly Deja could have been Charlotte) she came to bring our food, and 5 of us had salads, we had blooming onion and our bread on the table. After she handed our food out our table was so full of plates and bowls , one of my daughters asked her to take her plate to clear room out for her dinner plate, the young lady took her plate and my other daughter asked her to take the other stacked plates down at end of the table, the food runner looked down at the plates , gave a ugly dirty look and plain out said No. my mother in law asked her to take the all the menus left on the table to clear room in front of her for her dinner plate , the worker took them away with a attitude and when she walked back for the large tray. I asked her why she said “No” to help clear our table, she replied that she was just joking. 😒 I told her that really weird, I was a employee of brinker for 8 years and I know , corporate chain restaurants especially at the level of outback, would require some kind of training and irregardless of what the manager said, common sense would say if your bringing 5 steak dinner plates , you would know to clear out as many plates as possible. Anyway, I was surprised and disappointed from that point on. I felt after that my server was less attentive because I promoted her to grab the manager. When the manager came she was pleasant and apologetic. Seemed genuine and she said she would address it, said something about it wasn’t the food runners normal task, but that didn’t make sense to me. Either way I don’t normally complain but I’m tired of being complacent about the food service lately. We paid over $200 for our dinner and frequent this location a lot and i hope they do make it very clear to their employees on how to treat their customers and the delivery of facial expressions and appropriate answers. Her ugly look she gave us with her fake eyelashes really was irritating and if she doesn’t like dealing with people , the food industry is not a...
Read moreThis should be no stars this was a horrible experience. I went here on a Saturday but like 3 o’clock so it was not a very busy time. The food and service was the worst I have ever experienced at any OutBack anywhere as that is usually my favorite place no matter what area I am in. I ordered a blooming onion and the server decided to remove it from our table when half of it was still on the plate. I was in conversation and she just removed before I could even say anything. I received my salad and told her it tasted funny and I actually removed several bad pieces and even after that it just did not taste right. I told her I would prefer a soup instead I was not interested in the salad like it was. She took the full bowl of salad away and billed me a extra 6.00 for the soup. The person eating with me did not like his salad and just did not touch it. The waitress did not acknowledge his full bowl of lettuce just removed . The waitress did come over to tell us she was not going to lie that they made a mistake and our dinner was not even started cooking it would be awhile as she immediately disappeared. I had a empty glass of soda my first drink and I had to chase her down to get another one. Bread was never brought out and also had to ask if we could get bread well we waited on our late meal although it should of come with salads . We received bread and soda but 10 minutes later . The food came out one cooked rare and one well done. Our order was both for medium ribeye steaks. I returned my steak only after waiting awhile to get back cooked well again . I had been at restaurant already one in a half hours and had enough . The service was beyond awful from taking our appetizer away before we were done to no drink refills to serving bad salad and then arguing about how I felt it tasted. The second steak was delivered by her but she immediately walked away after dropping it on the table . I had enough and never even ate my steak . Bad service bad food. First time I ever wrote a bad review on Outback Steakhouse. So many restaurants in this area . I will never go back to this Outback Steakhouse. Think twice before going to...
Read moreWe sat down around 5.40..5.45. Waitress comes over to take our drink order. We gave her that and said we would like to order our food. She says .well. the people at my other table are also resdy. I told them I would take your drink order while they decided on what they wanted Okay .can you bring some bread and silverware while we wait 15i minutes later..she comes with bread and takes our order. By this time, it's 6.05. I know because I had sent a text, and I used it for reference. 6.15..nothing. 6.25..nothing but empty glasses of drinks (coke water) Waitress sits something on the partition between us and the other table..says nothing. Still empty glasses. By this time it is 6.30..6.35. Nothing. At 6.45 I asked for a manager. She comes over She says she will check. We say, if our food is just sitting. And gotten cold. We will cancel. In the meantime, the waitress is there. I say. Can we get a refill She says..yes .idk why they are running behind on my refills I'm thinking. Doesn't the waitress get your refills ?? I could be wrong, but she thinks somebody else.."they" are running behind. Food comes out in a matter of 10 minutes. It is warm.manager says..I will discount your meal..we were not looking for a discount at all. The waitress gets argumentative towards me when I say. 3 other tables that came after us. Has already gotten their food. Mind you. It was me. My daughter and a 19 month old. 2 meals. No appetizer. Just 2 meals. As we were eating. Waitress asks my daughter if she wants a refill!! Ha, I thought someone else did that Long story short.. we will not ne coming back. As a matter of fact. The last time we were there, we had the same Waitress, and she was a little rude then But chalked it up to maybe she's having a bad day.
Obviously, she wasn't having a bad night last night. She made it a point to tell the table next to us that she was...
