Legacy Diamond & Gems — Attraction in Sheridan

My fiancé recently proposed to me in December 2018. He went with a company outside of Sheridan for my ring. He first chose the setting, and later chose the diamond to be placed in it. The prongs on my original setting (picture #1) sat extremely high off of the ring and the diamond was unstable. The whole ring in general was impractical, which made me not even want to wear my own engagement ring. Since the company who sold us this setup also saw the same concerns, he was told that the prongs could be changed and lowered to the setting after he proposed. After he proposed, we took the ring back into the store only to have them tell us they weren’t willing to work with us nor could any of the things they promised us be done. They informed us that if I wanted a different ring, we would simply have to buy a new one.

I decided to see what other options I had, and I am SO thankful I decided to walk into Legacy Diamond & Gems! I absolutely loved my ring that my husband got me when he proposed, but the setting was too tall to wear in my career. I really wanted to keep The same look and style of my ring, all while lowering the setting to sit closer to my finger. Tom was such a great help in finding the right setting. 2017-ish ~ I have a ring that's almost a hundred years old that I have been reluctant to let anyone touch. The 8 prongs were rebuilt and it looks absolutely amazing!

2022 ~ Few years later: went in for a new wedding set. I was pretty vague in my request as I know nothing about jewelry. I can't even find the words to describe my new set, but they're the prettiest I've ever seen.

2024 ~ I lost my center stone. Definitely one of the most gut wrenching feelings I've ever experienced. I could not imagine going to another jeweler, and once again Legacy has delivered!
