Ron Jon Surf Shop — Attraction in Ship Bottom

One month ago, I bought a Pura Vida ring for my girlfriend when we were in Disney Springs. My girl girlfriend loves the ring so much I decided to surprise her by having it made out of white gold and real diamonds. I showed pictures of the ring to my jeweler, but he insisted he needed the real ring. He sent me a follow-up text stating he could not contact anyone at Ron-Jons in Disney Springs. So, I went to Ron-Jons in Ship Bottom, NJ:

Erin (a manager in Florida) found the ring and had it shipped to me UPS so I could give to my jeweler.

Both were so helpful; I just wanted to write a real good review for both of them.

Store itself is very large and has a very large selection of clothing as well as Souvenirs. However I was very disappointed with the customer service. On august 12&13 there was a girl with short hair and glasses who was so incredibly rude to my family boyfriend and I that I don't feel the need to shop with his company anymore. Not only was she so unfriendly she did not even do her job. I stood in line for five minutes with nobody in front of me as she stood there and stared at me. After I purchased a $20 shirt and left because i was So disappointed, i noticed That she did not ring me up for the bracelet i wanted To buy- since she was so rude i left And have no intentions of shopping with this...

Outstanding staff. Bought my first Greg Noll boards here as a kid when this place was nothing more than a tiki hut. My how it's grown. The people working here are just as great, fun and friendly as Ron Jon's is known for. The selection of boards and any conceivable beach paraphernalia here is unsurpassed. A must visit when down the NJ shore.
