Read moreMy daughter went to game xchange on Youree and bought a game. When she bought said game they did tell her about the 90 day return policy, but left out the part if she didn't like it, it needed to be returned in 24 hours. She bought it on 18th of February, called about returning it 2/22/24 and could she do it on 2/23/24. She was told that she could, but since she couldn't find her receipt, they would have to give her store credit. She was totally fine with that. She showed up today to exchange it, and they proceeded to tell her she couldn't because she had to return it in the 24 hour time period. Now, when she called, nothing was mentioned about this, nor was it mentioned when buying said item. She paid a total of $10.89 for the game and the manager offered her .50 or .75 for store credit. Of course she was upset and spoke to me about it. I then called to speak with the manager, and he proceeded to tell me that it was store policy and it was just out of his hands. He also told me there wasn't anyone over him that could do anything about it. I said he answered to someone, so that's who I wanted to talk to. He said he could pass on the message with my name and telephone number. So, I gave it to him, and asked for the name of the person who was going to contact me, at which point he told me he couldn't give me that information. I told him that was a lie. He could maybe not give out contact information, but he could give me a name. So, after some sleuthing, I found that Grant Wetherol owns that game x change. I also found the corporate number, which I also plan on contacting.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THE MANAGER IS RUDE, AND ALSO BELIEVES HE HAS FINAL SAY, LIKE HE OWNS THE PLACE.

Read moreThere was an empty table by the pokemon wall section so I’m looking at the cards and the manager walks over to the table I guess to do some paperwork. I move out the way thinking he’s going to get his paper and move but no he sits down and blocks me from looking at the cards. Some of the staff is cool but most always have attitude and seem like they don’t want to be there
