I’ve lived in more cities and states than the average person and this common sense was always my favorite. Awesome people, very helpful and always a great selection.
Tonight, I ran in to grab some Blazy Susan’s like I always do. There was a guy at the counter so I took a peak at the clothing rack. Not a single size smaller than medium. I asked the worker if they ever get smalls and he says “what’s out there is what we have”. Obviously. Then I asked if he had any recommendations on other wraps I should try and he said “it’s all preference. what I like is going to be different from what you like”. OBVIOUSLY. So, I said the Blazy Susan’s are fine, that’ll do. I go to pay and see he gave me the brown ones. I was already irritated with his attitude so didn’t even bother saying anything and just paid. Why would I pay $20 for brown wraps when there’s pink and purple and I come in looking incredibly feminine? Why would you not ask what color I wanted? Dude was just not pleasant at all and I will honestly never go back. This is the second time since I’ve moved back that I’ve had a dude have a terrible attitude with me. It’s disgusting. Read moreI made a purchase of a vape device I only used twice and I have had the device for a little over 2 weeks the device is now not working via charging I did not damage it in any way I have the original credit card receipt and Cyan informed me they could not help me he said I could buy a new one for 6 bucks, now this wouldn’t have been an issue except he was very condescending when he was speaking and what really upset me is he said “ I don’t even know if you purchased this here” this made me upset because he had not been listening when I clearly stated I have the box and receipt. I was on my way walking out and watched them do an exchange for someone with out any receipt or anything it was a Caucasian male; not saying that has anything to do with it but that’s the fact. Read moreI am a weekly customer at this store & every single time I have came I have been shown great customer service! Everyone here is super knowledgeable about the products and goes above and beyond for customers ! I believe it was this past Sunday when Chase (forgive me if I spelt that wrong), had went above and beyond for his job here when a man had tried stealing a jar of product. Chase persisted and managed to get the product back even though he did not have to! He in the process actually winded up getting personal belongings ruined/dirty but still managed to go back and work his shift proudly. This speak volumes about his character i for one really believe he deserves a raise and new shoes lol 😂 seriously though! The owner must really take his time (or theirs if multiple) choosing their staff and it shows. Y’all are awesome and bada$$ if I say so myself!
