Rehfeld's Modern Fine Art & Framing — Attraction in Sioux Falls Township

I would have had them do the work for framing a few items, but the person who answered the phone wasn't interested in discussing anything. I love supporting local businesses, but not if that business won't take a few minutes to go over some options with me before REQUIRING me to bring my items in to the shop. He simply gave me a generic, terrible example of something that could cost $100 to $600 depending on size, material, and customer needs.

Well.... how about ask me some of those things and having a conversation in regards to my needs. Now, my needs are to go elsewhere for my framing

I will certainly have more items to be framed in the future and, unfortunately, Rehfeld's won't be seeing any business...

Superb framing job! I'm a local photographer in Sioux Falls and I prefer doing business locally. One of my photographs was selected for a regional gallery that set a high standard for frame quality, and I asked Rehfeld's to make it look good. And boy, did they come through. The museum-quality plexiglass combined with the 8-ply mat and gorgeous frame exceeded my expectations, and was worth every penny. The frame beautfully complements and enhances my artwork, and I was proud to send it to the gallery.

On another note, Rehfeld's in-store gallery is definitely worth a look. So many great pieces of art on display that I could spend quite a bit of time just perusing and...

Lovely gallery, cool building. I wish we had a better experience. I took my elderly mother to pick up a framed collage. Overall, it was well done. Unfortunately, THEY made an error in spelling. We checked our notes, which were correct, as well as it being spelled correctly in four other places. My mother had asked to see it before it was all put together to proof it, that never happened. The woman waiting on us was very rude and angry when it was her fault. She actually asked us to take it with the incorrect spelling. Hopefully the corrections will be ok. Next time we will try...
