I can not speak to the theater and concessions, just my experience in the parking lot.
This 4th of July, I was lighting off a small fountain in the far edge of the parking lot closest to the street. It was me, my wife, and our three small boys (4, 7, 10). We were nowhere near the building, and no cars in the lot we were in.
A gentleman pulls up in a car, watches the fountain, then asks if we are having fun. He then goes on to say, "I'm going to have to ask you all to leave, you are trespassing, and this is my uncles building."
Now, if this gentleman was not in fact the owners nephew, but just a middle-aged bully, then I owe the establishment an apology. However, if he is the nephew of the owner, I see no reason why he should go around yelling at families, telling them they are trespassing, when all they are trying to do is safely light off a fountain firework at 8:30 pm.
As a consequence, we moved ten feet over, and lit the last one on the sidewalk, which is less than ideal, but at least we were no longer "trespassing"
Now, in saying all of this, I want to be clear that I do not wish to diminish from the potency of the gentleman who told the small children they were trespassing. On the contrary, I wish to say I'm impressed, even more so if his uncle does in fact own the property.
I also wish the gentleman to know that it is one of my fondest aspirations to one day have a landed uncle, so that I, too, can inform strangers I encounter all about the pecuniary success of my uncle, and bask in the...

The concessions area was clean, the staff was kind, courteous and very helpful and professional. We have a couple of boys who are special needs and have a hard time with loud noises among other things, but they wanted to see a movie that recently came out. We called the theater and asked a few questions a few days ahead of time and the staff was more than accommodating. They were willing to make a showing of the movie a sensory friendly version and they asked us when we were considering coming in and then they made a sensory friendly showing of the movie at the time that was beneficial to us.
When we arrived, we paid for our tickets and concessions and headed into the theater. The manager was quite kind and helpful, the staff was understanding and helpful, they turned down the volume and turned the lights up in the theater for us. We were so thankful for their help and understanding, and I know our boys were very appreciative of everything.
With everything the staff did, I couldn't be more appreciative and thankful for everything they did for my family. That added with the cleanliness of the facility, the caring, understanding and professional staff, the comfortable and spacious stadium style seats, large and clean bathrooms, means that we were so happy and enjoyed our time there so much that we can't...
Read more6-8-2019 Normally I have a good experiences at this theater. Well today’s experience I doubt I’ll be going back anytime soon. When I sat down I sat right in a pile of nacho cheese!! When I went to go talk to the general manager he didn’t act like he cared. All he offered me were some paper towels and just said he was sorry but wouldn’t even look at me. I told him that he needed to do a better job of keeping up with his employees. He didn’t say a word and just walked away. That was very poor customer service!! When I returned to my seat my husband pointed out there were at least 5 other seats with cheese on them too. So I had to sit through the whole movie with nacho cheese on the back side of my shorts. Very uncomfortable!!! I think they need to retrain their staff on how to clean a theater in between movies. I’m very upset and won’t be going back there if I can help it, I’ll drive to a different theater in a different county if I have to. So I’ve learned never trust that a movie theater has been cleaned like...
