Where do I Begin if you can afford to stay somewhere else please do so. When me and my family arrived to the hotel, we were given a room on the second floor and we learned that the elevator was broken while walking through the hallway we noticed that the carpets were dirty and smelly also while walking up the stairway in the hall, there was a needle cap on the floor in the hallway, once we arrived to the room we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. I went to check the bathroom and there was a smell that was horrendous. I couldn’t figure out what it was. I looked in the shower and I saw something on the ledge of the shower, and it was a used tampon, I was sick to my stomach. I am immediately gathered my things and went to the front desk and told them that I needed another room. We were given another room down the hall, and when we arrived in the room, it did smell like it was cleaned, but the towels were filthy, the toilet handle was broken there was no sink in the bathroom. The microwave was about 25 to 30 years old. They were dead bugs in the light fixture in the bathroom. I had already paid for the room for a few nights so we decided to stay.In the morning we went down to get breakfast, and the breakfast choices were poor. There were no fruits or meat choices. While sleeping in the bed at night I noticed that the bedding was damaged with cigarette hole marks. So bottom line is please do yourself a favor and stay at a nearby hotel and avoid this one. It was disgusting and also appeard to be unsafe. Me and my family will never go back here again lesson learned. You get what you pay for. I’ll rather spend extra money than stay in a place like this. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website.

The location of this motel is AMAZING! It is on outlet center drive which is right inside the premiere outlet mall and lots of food and a wonderful store called Dewayne’s. The hall was a little dirty/smelly and there was 1 baby cock roache climbing the wall in our bathroom. The bug wasn’t a huge deal because just 1 can sometimes happen even with pest control. Our room wasn’t the cleanest but not too bad. The weirdest part was the pillows. They were the size of decorative couch pillows. I had brought one of mine from home for the ride and it was actually bigger than their pillows!! I called the front desk to ask if they had any standard pillows. The guy said “No we ain’t got that right now”, and I said “Oh, okay.. well thank you so much anyway!” And he hung up on me lol. But it got the job done. The location is the only reason it got 3 stars. We didn’t go see the pool.

We stayed here for 2 nights on separate occasions. The first night was ok, no real complaints, although I did notice some areas seemed run down. The second night was a different story entirely. The door looked like it had been forced into multiple times. The bed had thin, thread bare and cigarette burned covers. The picture over the bed had sizeable dust build up all along the top. Small TV barely had 10 channels that came in. The bathroom looked like a jail cell. The light was rusty and nasty. There was a razor cap in the drain from the last guest. There was mold all along the top of the shower and someone tried to cover it with white spray paint I guess? The shower curtain was thread bare and ripped. Light fixtures looked like the shades had been kicked around. Choose a different hotel!!!

My partner and I stayed here this weekend. First we'll start with the small stuff: 1)Didn't get the room we booked, which was booked specifically for severe medical reasons! Ours was supposed to be first floor non smoking, we were told the only room they had, regardless of our reservation, was a 2nd floor supposedly non smoking! NOT! A 1st floor was requested so I could walk my service dog, and my partner could easily go outside to smoke. Was supposed to have a balcony, so I knew I could open window. We were told they have no balconies or windows that open. Because I have multiple allergies and multiple respiratory issues, this was Crucial! 2)Room reeked of cigarettes, marijuana and some kind of thick stink that took your breathe away. Couldn't use quilt on bed because it smelt so bad I couldn't breathe and had a stain that was sketchy. Sofa had a lot of really suspicious looking funk stains on it. We had to purchase a throw to put on the sofa. 3)Elevator had a huge puddle of some nasty stuff that I really hope was phlegm vs my other thoughts! Now we'll get to the big thing! 4)Smells...all the horrible smells, chemical, fake freshener smell, as well as just general smells like body odor, feet, trash, food, cigarettes and cigars, marijuana, and made each other worse! 5)Then just the general uncleanliness!!! Can you imagine what my lungs went through the whole time we stayed there???? Let's put it this way, I barely made it home 3.5 hours away, and had to stop a lot because I was having serious breathing issues from the multiple allergen cocktail all through that place and Smell is the worst! 6)No towels were in room. One towel was given when asked for, as well as one washcloth. Both were folded but not clean. When we asked the cleaning people for 2 complete sets of towels, at least, as there were two of us for 3 days, they handed my partner two folded towels and said they didn't have enough hand towels or washcloths to go around! Only one of the towels was usable, questionably! 7)No tp, except 2-3 squares on each in bathroom. Seriously? No TP???? When asked for to as the room didn't have any the cleaning crew gave us two rolls., But not happily. It's like they thought we were lying and stealing toilet paper! 8)Refrigerator had not been cleaned or emptied!!!! 9) Couple fighting very loudly and making a dog (theirs?) bark continuously for 30 mins. at least. It sounded like they were under my window in the parking lot but could have been in a room close by. No one seemed to be bothered to check it out and threats were made! It didn't end till car doors slammed, the dog bark muffled, and the sound of two cars beating hell out of there! This is between 2-4 am. But, the hotel staff knocked on our door while we we celebrating my granddaughter's birthday and told us we needed to bring the volume down because we were playing a game and laughing!!! This being 7 ish pm???? The only two reasons they got any stars at all is because they are pet friendly and ours slept well on the bed! So our dog gives them one star! I'd give them a match and gasoline!...

I'm delighted to share my review of a hotel that offers a safe environment, proximity to excellent restaurants, and a convenient location near a factory outlet mall:

"My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. One of the first things that stood out to me was the hotel's commitment to safety. From the moment I entered the premises, I felt reassured by the stringent safety measures in place, including secure access points, attentive staff, and adherence to cleanliness protocols.

The location of the hotel was a major highlight for me. It was conveniently situated near a variety of fantastic restaurants. Whether I was in the mood for a casual meal or fine dining, I found numerous options within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff was more than happy to provide recommendations and even made reservations for me, ensuring that my culinary experiences were exceptional.

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a factory outlet mall was a definite plus. It offered a great opportunity for some retail therapy and exploring popular brands at discounted prices. The convenience of having the mall just a short distance away allowed me to indulge in a shopping spree without the hassle of traveling far.

As for the hotel itself, I was impressed by the level of comfort and service provided. The rooms were well-appointed, offering a cozy and inviting ambiance. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the comfortable bed and soft linens to the modern bathroom facilities. The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were always immaculate, and any request I had was promptly attended to by the attentive and friendly hotel staff.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and inviting, with stylish and well-maintained common areas. The hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in the level of service provided throughout my stay. The staff members were courteous, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or special requests.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe and comfortable stay in a convenient location. With its commitment to safety, proximity to excellent restaurants, and the added convenience of a nearby factory outlet mall, it offers a well-rounded and enjoyable experience. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice that I would gladly return to in...

THERE IS NO POOL!! So, we're currently in a double bed extended room, non-smoking. The room is very spacious (about the size of 2 full rooms). 2 double beds and a twin pull out, 2 burner stove top, microwave, full size fridge, 2 seat dinette, desk with chair, hair dryer, iron and iron board, and a single serve coffee that doesn't work. *Update on room: forgot to mention there are no dishes, silverware or pots/pans in the room.

Double beds are clean and relatively comfortable. The twin pull out is scary. When opened up there was a used face mask on top, several of the frame springs were missing and/or broken, there is a foam topper that is ripped in several places (& is only 1" thick at most) and the mattress is literally ripped along the seam. There was no extra bedding in the room for the pull out. I went to the front desk to get some and was told there are no extra pillows available. Front desk woman was very friendly and as accommodating as she could be. She gave me an extra blanket to use as a pillow...which we are using as extra padding.

There is supposed to be fresh coffee available 24x7 in the breakfast area but it was empty. When asked, we were told that the owner does not allow the staff to touch the machines so we wouldn't be getting any coffee. Again, the woman was very pleasant considering she has no authority.

This is not a 5 star hotel so do not expect that. I don't think it's worth what was paid ($114 +tax), but it is Saturday and almost every other hotel/motel was sold out.

They say breakfast is included but we're not sure what exactly breakfast will be. I'll update in the morning when I know. *Update on breakfast: juice machine with apple, orange, cranberry, coffee machine was working but my hubby said it wasn't very good, frosted flakes & raisin bran, microwaveable cheese omelette, white & wheat bread for toasting, Quaker instant grits packages and there was a pancake machine but I didn't see anyone use it, nor did I see any syrup, so I'm not sure if it works.

To sum it up, there is no pool and hasn't been for 3 years. Our room (134) was clean and did not smell musty, no bugs (bed or otherwise) and I checked thoroughly, bathroom is not bad (read hair build up in the drain...which I only know because the drain was out and I could see), no mold, fridge is clean and does not smell.

For a stop over,...
