If i could give 0 stars i would. Everytime we go to this zaxbys, or any zaxbys for that matter, the order is always wrong or missing something and they don't give us the sauces we ask for. Worst service of any fast food restaraunt I have ever experienced. They did not have fried pickles, but we were still able to order on the app. No one told me when I picked it up. I have learned to always check the bag before leaving. Checked and no fried pickles. I go back in, the girl at the counter had no idea what was going on in life in general and barely spoke even when taking orders from customers. Another worker happened to walk by at the right time and heard "fried pickles" and said "oh we don't have those right now". I said so you saw them on my order, ignored it and didn't say anything but still made me pay for them? That makes no sense. So they offered something else, but if I had not checked, I would have gotten home and realized my order was wrong. I work hard and when I order food, expect it to be correct. It never is at zaxbys. It's always an issue with something. Especially at the one in Smithfield. The food is not good enough to make up for lack of service and common sense among the workers. Get it together and learn how to read a screen/receipt correctly and fully. Hire competent workers and when you don't have something in stock, train the employees to let the customer know they don't have what they paid for instead of ignoring. Read moreI visited this restaurant today on my way home from vacation, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The service, food, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. We chose to dine in, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the restrooms clean and well-maintained, despite the restaurant's location near a busy highway and an outlet mall.
It was impressive to see the staff efficiently managing the long line while maintaining a cheerful demeanor. I would like to give a special shout-out to Shameka, who was leading her team with remarkable enthusiasm and motivation. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and that customers were well taken care of. Her positive attitude significantly contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.

Edited 6/2/24. So I’m not sure exactly what happened between my last visit and this present visit, but today’s visit was horrible. They didn’t follow orders correctly, and when I got home, all of my stuff was mixed up and I didn’t have the right amount or correct sauces. My fries were soggy from sitting in coleslaw juice ( I did not order coleslaw) and not fresh, the chicken was a little bit rubbery and chewy, my son did not get the cheese curds that were supposed to be included in his meal, not to mention they were about to have me drive off without one of the drinks that I special ordered. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I felt this was needed. I’m hoping that they can get this situated and my future visits will be better, but if not, then we will not be going back to Zaxby’s again or at least this location. I did have five stars.
