UPDATE: A manager from higher up contacted my husband and was very apologetic! He refunded our whole bill and agreed this should not have happened! He also gave us some free coupons. I changed my one star to four because the customer service was bad but at least someone cared enough to try to make it right. As business owners or in this case managers we can’t control our employees 24/7 but when brought to our attention we can correct it. I feel as though this has been corrected. I cannot fault the company as a whole for that.
I placed a online order Monday the 28th to have 9 pizzas picked up at 3:00 on Wednesday the 30th. Paid online for the order. On Wednesday I called ab 11:00 am to make sure the order was received. No one knew about the order and the manager on duty did not know how to look it up. He said he would call his store manager and call me back. Two hours later I’m getting a little worried because I have 18 kids coming to my five year olds birthday party at 4 and it’s now 1:00. He calls back and says they have my order and it will be ready at 3:10. I don’t know why it can’t be ready at 3 like requested two days prior but I say okay because it’s 10 minutes. I ordered 4 of the 2 large pizzas for 5.99 each and a large two topping making a total of ab $60. My husband gets back with the pizzas ab a 25 minute drive and we have been shorted 4 pizzas. Obviously 2 of my 2 for 5.99 deals were not made. It is now 4:00 and I tell the parents I’m sorry I’m just gonna have to feed the kids until he can go back and get the other four pizzas. I call and the manager had just left. The employee told me “ I can’t just give away pizzas” I am livid at this point and told her “ you are not giving them away I paid for them on Monday.” They refused to make more pizzas. To save my husband from probably being arrested I tell him to go to another pizza place and buy more pizza. I was trying to let this go but I think something should be done...
Read moreGood folks here. Nishaun was the young man at the front desk. I called in an order and I had different pricing (more expensive) than the very similar order I did the day before. Nishaun did answer the phone as well, and was very courteous on the phone and in person. He was happy to get a manager instead of argue or prove points. He tried to re-ring it to see if he did something wrong, and I appreciate the care. He wanted to really help me so it seemed. I arrived for pickup and His manager Megan (sp?) came out when requested, and mentioned how my pricing the day before was totally off-a previous employee rang up the wrong deal. She was willing to go check transactions and went to find out. I appreciated that diligence. She could have argued and ran me off but she wanted to help solve it and provide me info so I'd be good for the next time. She was very polite as well and VERY helpful. She brought clarity to the issue, we both found resolution, and she helped me with a great promotion and I left with the pizzas I ordered and got free cheese sticks (due to the promotion), AND paid less! Thank you Megan and Nishaun for your diligence and help! I know I probably was a bit indecisive on the options you presented, but thanks for being patient and helping me out. Good stuff! Read moreDear Mr CiCi. Today we decided to show our daughter what a pizza buffet was. We arrived at your place about 7:30. We entered and spoke to the girl behind the counter. She was nice but seemed bored. After we received our cups we then ventured into the tables. That was a little hard to find one that wasn’t loose and very unstable, most where ripped and had loose food on them. It was very busy and for the staff to seem bored didn’t feel like they took pride in the place they represented but we did find a booth with what I can best describe as a interrogation light over the table. The drink station was a little hectic but mostly clean. We then ventured over to the salad bar and pizza station. The salad bar was stacked and plates were clean. The pizza was fresh and even though the three gentlemen working behind the line were talking loudly about the girls they were trying to “turn out” they were polite when asked for a special pizza. It seems like with a little maintenance and a deep clean to the dining area this wouldn’t be an ever week place but somewhere that people would feel like the value was worth the experience.
