Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Snellville

First time coming here. Ordered a Mango Passion. It’s standard ingredients were mangos, passion fruit, energy boost, and strawberries (I think, might’ve been another fruit). I was falling asleep while driving back home once I started drinking it. Within 5 minutes I was feeling drowsy. I got home and slept like a rock from 3:30 to 11. Regained consciousness for a short period of time and was so drowsy, I fell asleep again until 3. It’s 3:20 AM and I’m writing this review.

I was so out of it, I wasn’t even clear headed enough to remember to feed my pets when I woke up at 11. (Their dinner time was 5 and 10 PM. Just now feeding both the cat and dog at 3 AM.) Never coming to this place again or any of its other locations. The smoothie was too tart and not sweet enough either, too!

(Mind you, this and a bag of sun chips from the same place were the ONLY thing I consumed today. In addition to feeding my pets, I also have to eat as well since I’ve gone over 24 hours without eating anything besides a bag of chips and drugged up smoothie). Beware…. Whatever “energy booster” they put in the drinks is akin to a horse sedative.

I learned my lesson with trying to visit other smoothie shops. I’ll still with my Tropical Smoothie Cafe. (Plus TSC has food that’s not granola bars, cookies, or chips, which is a bonus. Also, who tf puts walnuts in oatmeal raisin cookies????? Ruined the entire cookie…. I wanted one but I’m allergic to walnuts. Planet Smoothie needs to change their oatmeal raisin recipe. It’s an OATMEAL. RAISIN. cookie. That means it should have OATS and RAISINS as the main star ingredients. It’s not a “fruit and...

Poor customer service. I tried to order at the intercom no one answered. I drove around to the window there was a car there after the person got thru I drove up. The young lady that was there shut the window and moved off. I thought ok she’ll be back. I sat there for a while no one came back, I honked my horn no response. I waited for about 15 minutes no one. I called the phone, it rang without an answer. As soon as I was driving off she came and opened the window. I said to her may I have a almond mocha jolt she said what size I told her a small then proceeded to get the money from my bag. When I looked up she was standing at the window rolling her eyes asking me if I still wanted it 😒 boo I just ordered it kmt. I visit this planet smoothie all the time and I get an attitude from this young lady 90% of the time we’ll this is it for me. I’ll spend my money else where. I've been a loyal customer of Planet Smoothie for a few years, and every visit has been a fantastic experience. The smoothies are always fresh and delicious, which offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving. What truly makes this place special, however, is the amazing staff. Shital, in particular, deserves a special mention. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and efficient every time I visit this location.
