This place has some real potential however Iâm very disappointed in the disorganization, customer service and the services described vs. the services provided. For example: the foot detox was a foot soak with a massage. No detox herbs were used. Iâm still not quite sure why we had an appointment because nothing was done on time. We werenât told we had to fill out a form for each service ahead of time which most places will tell you that. The forms werenât looked at by the employees providing the services; I know this because they kept asking us what services we were getting which took away from the relaxing experience. I had to keep finding the employees to find out what services we would be having next. We even had to ask for water or something to drink. We spent 4 hours there and had to ask for something to drink. The best service was the head spa.
Salt room: nothing to make mention of here. Literally salt on the floor while you sit in a lawn chair that you have to push out using your own body and lock yourself.
Float therapy: Again, great concept however the infrared lights in the bed bath I was in werenât on the entire time I was in it. I peeped my head out the door before I got started but no one was around. I figured the lights would come on once I got inside. I kept pressing the emergency call button for someone to come while inside and they claim they knocked at the door but didnât come in for privacy but youâre advised to wear earbuds while floating so I heard nothing. If there was a true emergency thatâs concerning. My friend even told them my lights werenât on and they told her they turned them on for me; which wasnât true.
Foot detox: Again, was a basically a pedicure without the nail polish. The guyâs music on his earbuds were so loud I could hear it over the relaxing music in the spa. He obviously didnât read my intake form about the pressure I wanted because he was massaging entirely too hard. Maybe the music was too loud for him to hear me saying âouchâ.
Head spa: Finally, the best part!! Very relaxing. I give this service a 10 out of 10. The mini facial and shoulder massage...

Went back and thought the experience was definitely better (they turned off the spa music thankfully) but they still have some work to do IMO. I wish they had different float pods with an actual seal. The lack of a seal still allows light through from the room. The red indicator light from an emergency light in the room as well as the lighted mirrorâs blue light buttons give off so much light that it definitely makes its way through the crack. I laid down towels to try and create a seal but it didnât help much. The room would benefit from motion sensor lights for when you get out of the pod (though the ambient light actually provides more than enough light to walk around without needing to actually turn any lights), as well as some hooks for clothes/bags, a garbage can, washcloths, a laundry hamper or someplace to put your dirty towels. Overall better the 2nd time but the light pollution is still frustrating. 5/18/25: Recently visited for float therapy and was disappointed. Authentic float therapy includes sensory deprivation - meaning none of your senses are activated. It was extremely frustrating that the float tanks were not sound or light proof - I could hear the spa music being pumped throughout the whole facility during my whole session (even with the tank fully closed and wearing earplugs) and could also see light through the gap of the tank cover even though all lights in the room were turned off. A true float therapy experience provides 100% quiet and darkness. Iâm a float therapy enthusiast and was looking forward to the relaxation and mental reset it provides but the lack of sensory deprivation was very disappointing and I left more stressed than I went in. I wonât be going back unless they...
Read moreI can't believe there is such a nice spa in this area. I have been to many spas (some in strip malls & some in fancy hotels/resorts), and this place is very nice. A few things really made it stand out for me:
First of all, this spa is WARM in the best possible way. I always get chilly when receiving spa services, but this place was nice & cozy warm. They also actually used HOT water for the head spa & foot massage. They will certainly make the water warm/cool if that is your preference, but I was so thrilled that they actually used hot water. Usually when I get a pedicure or other treatment the water is barely warm, so I was excited to get nice, hot water. They also keep you under warm blankets & use those warm flax seed heating pads throughout.
Secondly, all of the linens were REALLY soft! Some spas (even "fancy" ones) have rough towels or use scratchy sheets to cover you during treatments. This spa used plush, baby soft towels and every blanket was warm, fuzzy, and super soft. The pillows were also of nice quality as well as all of the furniture.
Third, the person working reception was really kind & welcoming.
I did 3 treatments in a row: salt float, head spa, & foot soak/massage. All 3 were wonderful. It was my first time in a sensory deprivation tank but they walked me through the process & I felt very comfortable. The head spa was next & it was amazing. It involves exfoliating your scalp, washing/conditioning with different products, steam, a facial, a shoulder massage, & an upper back massage. Finally I did the foot soak & massage. This part was probably my favorite. The chair was comfortable, the water was hot, & the massage was strong....
