Very very disappointed in this store and it's employee Joseph. I previously had a very good experience so I decided to return when I needed another phone fixed. I will not be back based on my most recent experience. My wife booked an appointment for June 14th 3pm. On June 10th she got a call asking her to bumped her appt to 330pm. When I arrived at the store, there was a gentleman in front of me wanting his screen fixed. The customer gave his phone number to Joseph, the employee, so he could pull up his account. Joseph told this customer that he had never been to this store before. The customer told Joseph that he had and they had fixed one of his other phones. Joseph argued with the customer he hadn't been there before. Then surprise surprise after Joseph put the customers number in for the 3rd time, and probably correctly this time, the customer's info came up. Do you think Joseph apologized to this man? He absolutely did not. He blamed the computer. The reason I mention all of this is to show a pattern for how I was treated by this same employee. When it was my turn, I told Joseph I had a 330pm appt to have my wife's phone fixed. He argued with me that I did not have an appt. I told him I absolutely did in fact the store had called us earlier in the week to change it from 3 to 330. I even showed him the call log in the phone where the store had called us. His response was, "I don't know about that, but you don't have an appt". So I asked if I can leave the phone and they fix it. He goes and checks the back comes back and tells me he doesn't have any screen protectors for my phone, he had given the last one away earlier that week. I the asked what he was going to do about the situation. His response was" I'm not doing anything about it, you need to go somewhere else". Are you kidding me, that's how you speak to a customer? I asked if he could order the part and schedule me another appt. His response " well I guess I could". So Joseph states he has ordered the part and makes us an appt for Tuesday. And stayes they will call on Tuesday to verify if the part came in or not. I said ok and then asked for the manager. There wasn't one on site at the time, so they said. I got the manager's information and left. I called and left a message for the manager to call me, yet to this day I have not received a call. Tuesday came and we received no call about a part. So we called the store and left a message. The next day, Wednesday of this week, we received a confirmation email for an appt that day at 1pm. My wife took of work, went up to the store, for them to turn her away stating they didn't have the part for her phone. So we took off work twice to try to fix the same phone at this store. Twice with a confirmed appt. not as a walk in. So to it up, terrible customer service and a...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was a poor experience for me. I contacted Ubreakifix a few weeks back to inquire about their ability to repair iPod classics. They confirmed they did, so I took in my device, and they stated it would take a week for the right parts to arrive. I put down a deposit for the repair and returned after a week to have it repaired. They estimated that the repair would take about two days. The next day, I receive a call from the specialist, who informs me that your iPod has been totally repaired, but that the LCD has been broken due to the sensitive nature of the device. They said it would take another week to receive the parts and finish the repair. After repeatedly contacting the company to inquire on the progress of my repair, I received a text message on Monday stating that it had been completed. When I arrive at ubreakifix, someone asks if I'm there for a drop off or delivery. I explain that I'm there to pick up my iPod that was being serviced, and he goes out back, returns with my iPod, hands it to me, and asks how I'd want to pay. When I examine it, I notice gaps all around the ipod and damage to the housing that was not present before the repair. When I ask what they can do about it, he goes out back to speak with the specialist. Who says there's nothing they can do because that's how iPods are made, which is incorrect. I've repaired iPod classics before, and they've never come back in worse shape than when I dropped them off. Then another staffer comes out and tries to explain how an iPod works when I already know that the rear and front are connected by clips. I've paid to have iPod repairs done in the before, but I've always had to send them in, which is why I selected uBreakiFix this time. However, with those previous options, I've never received a device in as bad of shape as this one. The technician was clearly not careful or knowledgeable with my device, and if the casing was broken, they should have offered to replace it, especially since they broke the clips, which is why it didn't close properly. Now my device is especially susceptible to water damage as there are gaps all around the device. I was offered a $15 discount, but I ended up with a fix that was significantly more expensive. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and couldn't afford to lose any more time after the repair took...
