KAY Jewelers — Attraction in South Charleston

My husband and I purchased my wedding set from the charelston, wv location at the town center mall. We also purchased the lifetime warranty for both wedding band and engagement ring. I was completely happy until it came time to have them soldered together. When I initially sent off the rings it took two weeks to recieve them, unfortunately that wasn't the issue. My engagement ring was in the wrong direction, even though a picture was taken in the direction I wear my set. So another send off to get the rings corrected in the right position. After not having my rings now for my first valentine's as a married couple, I get my rings back again but now the rings are off center! Now I am extremely livid and speaking with a manager. I am assured that this will be handled and corrected to my standards. Now after three, four hour round trips from my home I get my rings back again, the diamonds arent centered as they should be, but now the bands are not anywhere close to be flushed. Great rings! People, not so much. I went to the Kays in Southridge for a resizing of a ring I just bought, and they were very rude at that point in time as well. Received a phone call today that my ring was ready for pickup; the lady had to have been the most disrespectful person I have ever talked to in my life. She acted like I left my car parked in her driveway for 2 weeks and she couldn’t get out… She said your ring is ready for pickup. The call was breaking up, and I responded with, "I'm sorry, you broke up. What was that?" She said, “YOU KNOW YOUR RING… That you are supposed to pick up… Keep in mind it just got delivered there today from resizing. A step up from Piercing Pagoda. Dropped off 4 rings for care and resizing. 3/4 rings purchased from LeRoys. 4th ring from McCormicks.
