Amazing service! Like, highest level! These guys are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and they actually care! It’s a very tough thing to find. Others can still be good, don’t get me wrong, but the benefits for shipping at place with highest level service…it’s beyond helpful, and in more aspects that saving money. For example,I lived close by this store for about 2 years and found exceptional service, it was very easy to be loyal to then. Then I moved a bit away. I tried a store close to the new home, to see what it’s like… it was not even close. They weren’t horrible, but this store has always taken care of me if something went wrong, and it was so simple! So stress free. Not to mention the big money savings. So it was a simple decision on what to do next. And I’ve continued to come to this vape shop monthly, and only this store, and I forever will... And THEN…they know I just moved but still coming to them only. The owner guy said he very much appreciated my continued business, and I now get a very nice discount on anything I buy, any time. And he didn’t have to do that, I just got done saying how great they’ve been to me and it’s only an extra 10-12 min. The fact he still gave it to me, not only shows he cares about his customers (always the best places to buy from), but understands business and knows it will make him more money in the long run. I mean, with that level of service and appreciation, you better believe I’m telling anyone I know, and even anyone I don’t, lol. And obviously I will give these guys my business(any everyone else I can,) forever. Even the fact I won’t ever buy from any other place..forever! Thats what they’ve earned from me, that’s how amazing it is. I do t write reviews. But if I see this freaking good, or…very very bad, I will take the time! There’s a lot of smoke shops out there, I can promise you, especially if you go weekly or monthly…this place is worth...

By far THE best smoke & vape shop around. Im very picky with the quality of my purchases, & this shop has literally never let me down. The best prices w/more variety regarding item options. The customer service has been the best and most personalized I've experienced in 10+ years as a customers in the industry. My orders were instantly memorized by the ornery and each and every time i go to this shop, im treated like family, even w/ newer employees, because I it literally is the standard to have a customer leave satisfied with every visit. They special order my preferences, never overcharge on prices, ate knowledgeable, and always willing to help improve my experience in shop, as well as long after i leave. Without ever even seeing a photo, or meeting my daughter, the owner instantly knew who she was only based on the items my boyfriend went to buy for me one night. Even my family, who never had gone to this shop before, felt instantly welcome & still talk about the amazing experience during their short 10 minute stop i requested of them randomly. My daughter still remembers the warm environment and even the employee that she met and talked to a while. I love everything about this business and would absolutely recommend anyone needing anything in the smoke industry, definitely stopping in for a perfect shop experience. It they don't have what you need, they will make sure they either get it, our you leave with something better in the long run. Most show tell me the flavor i like, is impossible to get in 60% of the time i go to buy it, but this shop literally makes certain my preferences are never out of stock, an's for the best prices around. Been going to this shop for years, and i do really like it. I had an issue a few years ago where i asked for a 3mg and got a 6mg...came in the next day and got the right juice. I hope their storage practices have improved since then, but i understand they have a lot of product but not a lot of space for all of it. Only other complaint is when I was a regular, i usually got helped last. This is partially my fault because i would allow them to help everyone else when i was unsure of what i wanted, but it made it almost impossible to make a quick trip to the smoke shop. I stopped going for a while on account of me working at a different vape shop, but I dont work there anymore, plus they dont have the pods I need anymore. I didnt wanna take up their time when i knew i would spend forever looking, but it seems no one else has that same courtesy, and Ive almost never seen more than one employee in there at a time. It was also mildly unsettling to go in at one point and see the owner had his little boy running around the shop...like this kid was max 7 years old and hes running around a shop full of kratom, tobacco, glass, performance enhancers, and other products. Like I get he's your kid, but hes legally not allowed to be inside the shop, especially behind the counter. They have good deals, its a good shop, I just dont want them to get shut down (or stop stocking Caliburn original pods, but that wouldnt be the end...
