Good word or Google and Yelp to give you certain percentage of you next fill . As said before been coming every 2-3 weeks for a fill many many times there has been so much miscommunication, I been rescheduled due to lack of communication with lash techs and the secretary. They overlap their appointments. They’ve had me wait 45 mins to an HOUR OFTEN !!!! My lash sets have been great but also has been painful !! I would walk out happy but most times upset or eyes burning red for 3-4 days . It took years and fills to find the perfect lash tech to take care of me . This last time they denied their services cause I was late for 10 mins but yet they had made the same common mistake that they had scheduled another client at the same time with the same artist , and before they had me wait longer . Smh I was done . I wouldn’t stop coming cause I understand how things can be complicated as running business and being busy but there is a reason why they have a secretary and not have Nooni “manager” make the same mistake over and over again . I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel that my experience is worth sharing. I went to Lacier Lash years ago and had an amazing experience which is recently what brought me back to them. I have now been getting my lashes done with Lacier lash again for a little over a month. Within a week of getting my lashes done my lashes would be messy and falling off. I would wait until the two week mark anyways, and get my lashes done. With each visit my eyes would burn and extremely and be painful to brush. After doing some looking into it, I decided it may be the way they were doing my lashes and decided to try elsewhere. My new tech had to remove all of the lashes done with lacier lash and redo them. Why? There were multiple lashes glued to each eye lash. Which was therefore causing the pain, making my lashes turn and causing the mess. I was able to get a new set of lashes that now look fantastic. My lash tech even advised me to wait until the 3 week mark because she has fixed them up so nicely that they should not be having the mess problem that lacier caused. Nooni has been the 1st & only person that has been doing my lashes. I don’t ever think I’ll go to someone else. She is definitely a professional. I get so many compliments everywhere I go. Lacier Lash is clean & they make you feel so comfortable. Price is very reasonable as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

• I had to edit my review to 1 star because they have really disappointed me and I haven’t gone back in almost a year.. FIRST OFF — I always got a call saying if I can come in later or earlier for my appointment but when I’m running a little late they always tell me I have to rebook for another day. One time they called me to come in later and I said no because I had plans. I got there and they were helping someone else and they said I cancelled.. 2nd — after sometime my lashes were looking way off and not even how it was before like in this picture. They started making my eyelids really dry and itchy ( gross ) and Lastly — I have recommended A LOT of people to this place and I was the one being treated horribly.. haven’t been coming here and you all shouldn’t be either..
