Every store has their issues but I haven't had any real issues in this store. Friendly staff and always clean. Layout frustrates me forgetting where things are but I'm learning it, it's still newer layout but makes sense. They provide free WiFi to save data, their app helps locate items in the store and that makes it so much easier.
**Online chat is to be desired. (Scores for store only, Chat 0 stars aka worthless) I recently chatted with them to ask if I could combine multiple gift cards into 1 because I need to purchase 39 $25 gift cards through a points system for an HDTV but can't buy it from Target because who wants to risk $1,000 worth of gift cards they can't use. Target chat wouldn't answer me without a valid email and referred to phone since I won't answer their email question first. I tested with 10 gift cards and you can merged. Unfortunately, that's where the trouble restarted. I then ordered and online auto cancelled my TV, requested refund, told to wait 48-72 hours (3 times), contacted several times and still waiting. I was told that I would get a new gift card mailed and in the same sentence emailed. I questioned which one and they said yes, questions again and yes. Yes to what?! It's been 4 days and no one will help me until the TV sale is over costing me another $120. They cannot guarantee the price unless you purchase and then they'll refund. They want me to drop another $800 on my CC and they'll give me the credit back in a gift card for my last purchase later. Ummmmm no lmao, I'm not giving you another $800 and then you give me store credit...
Read morewent to this store to get a new samsung galaxy note 9 for the $300 gift card. Got there around 930am, waited until 10am for them to service me. AT 10am, im with a Tech guy who tries to look up my account, gets my info and could not get into account due to wrong passcode. Instead of helping or letting me know before he locks out my account that i can/should reset my passcode, he just locks my account THEN proceeds to tell me that they dont have this phone and leaves. AT this time, i did not know my account was actually locked, so i drive to another store thats an hour away, a tech guy ACTUALLY helps me. He first resets my passcode then attempts to log me in. thats when i found out my account was locked, he tried to call customer support and even his boss, but no luck. Read moreThe "new" Target is awful! It used to be my favorite store, but not any more! It's always a mess with boxes in the aisles. And you think that there needs to be special displays? I looked for little girls' pajamas the other day & couldn't get a shopping cart around the displays. There used to be a good display of fashion watches & now whatever you have is on a nondescript shelf with one in front of the other so I have to reach behind to see what is even there. The Christmas decorations department was a total mess earlier this weekI! I've definitely noticed higher prices on certain things I normally buy! I started shopping at Target because pricing was the same or better than Walmart, what a shame! And did anyone really need another Starbucks? Too bad you thought Target...
