I've shopped here on several occasions and continually find the staff extraordinarily helpful, the products of top quality, and the prices good. At times, the selection has been a bit limited (i.e., a product not available in a specific size), but this has never been a big worry. The courteous, attentive staff here will gladly order what you need.

These guys are legit! I went in to gear up for a trip out west and Michael was the best. He figured out exactly what I needed, and got me more than prepared for my trip.

One of the things I bought were new hiking boots, but they didn't have my size in stock. Michael got them ordered, but the supplier keep pushing back the shipping date. Michael was so determined to get my boots to me by the time I left, that he personally drove them over an hour and a half and hand delivered to me.

I typically love this store. However, I went into the store today with my mother to purchase a Christmas gift. We bought a pair of chacos that were on sale. We only tried on one foot. Continued to checkout and never we notified that the pair of shoes were being sold as mismatched. Also i was never notified that the sale was final I am very upset with the fact that I was never told and when I called to resolve the issue, I was treated very rudely.
