I live about 45 minutes away but it was worth the drive. Had taken my phone with to another C.ell P.hone R.epair location in Rogers and all it had was a broken screen. Go to pick it up an hour and a half later and it showed no service. The guy proceeds to tell me it didn't have a SIM told him that is not right because it did. He opened the SIM holder and there it is. Then he says it could be that the screen was service specific, it was not. Then says it could need the cables inside reattached. I leave it overnight due to it not even registering as charged. The next day i call and they had looked into it again and said they changed out the charging port but that didnt fix it but put my old screen back on and it was chargung fine so it must be the screen. I asked if i could take ot somewhere else. He said if i can find someone with the screen in stock then he will refund my money and i can go there. That was the one good thing he did really.
All of that to say the people at HG Cellular were phenomenal. I needed my phone in order to get pictures together for my grandpas memorial video for his obituary. I honestly thought the previous place had really ruined my chance at getting my phone repaired. Travis took it to the back and began to work on it. I was told he was putting the new screen on and then we would know if everything was working right. It was, shockingly. He told me that he changed out the charging port and the SIM port since they are on the same board. He then shows me my old battery and said that it was pried out with a tool and damaged, which is not good. He replaced the battery and the phone is good as new. On top of that it did not take long at all for this repair. I was expecting around 2 hours but it was under that for sure.

If you don't like the price or are one of the kids/grown ups trying to get Pokémon to resell themselves (I am sure) Then don't buy them! It's your choice. If you look anywhere online pokemon aren't msrp! Card stores can't get them. So they have to pay more and so will you. It's a business just like any other. They have to mark product up to keep the business open. If you want them you do the AMERICAN way of open market. pay the price or don't. Same goes for any good or service in the world. so why cry here? eBay or tcg player things they are all high. Heck go to a Walmart and see the line of people waiting for them to restock! It's first come first serve. People are breaking rules at Walmarts going before the store even opens and doing self checkout to get this product and resell them. People are working in groups as jobs to buy out stores! That's why they are so high. so either wait it out and pray they go down or go get up early get in line and pray the groups doing it as a job don't use Walmart employees to get them before your allowed too. I returned to the store and spoke with Blake, who informed me that there was no return policy and that my only options were to have the unit repaired or swapped for a comparable one. I was not comfortable with this, as I had no way of knowing if the replacement or repair would lead to further issues.
Yes, I was frustrated with this whole experience and very disappointed that I had spent so much money on something I couldn’t even use. When I questioned the return policy, Blake was rude and insisted that this had always been their policy, despite my understanding at the time of purchase that there was a 30-day return period. He claimed he had been in business for many years and that this was the standard policy.
