The movie quality was excellent and recliners appeared clean and functional. Tickets were $6 each for adults Tuesday at 4 PM.
I removed two stars for the service of one employee (short, thin, older, hispanic). My wife and I had come in to watch a movie for our anniversary. My wife is legally disabled and when we asked for those seating options she sputtered that they were for disabled persons. My wife had to show her arm and permanant effects of a childhood stroke and the woman leaned over the register to look down at her legs as well as one had a brace she wanted to gawk at I guess. Then she proceeded to tell us they were for people in wheelchairs and only 1 actual chair in that area. What was the point of all of that display and examination if she couldn't even accomodate in the first place? I was very upset but let it go and picked nearby seats instead. Message directly to this theater: Why only 1 seat? For an aide? What if both parents wanted to sit with a fully disabled child? I've never previously been in a theater that had less than 2. We hope to visit this location again for the movie quality, but were very put off by this experience and lack of...
Read moreA Heartfelt Review of a Charming Cinema
This small cinema holds a special place in my heart, filled with countless cherished memories shared with my children. Its cozy, intimate atmosphere creates the perfect setting for family outings, far removed from the hustle and bustle of larger theaters.

This cinema is more than just a place to watch movies; it’s a space where we’ve laughed, bonded, and created lasting memories. We’ll continue to return, time and time again, for the warmth and charm it offers. Highly...
Read moreThe place is dated, smells and is full of deferred maintenance. They must be planning to shut it down or tear it down. My guess is their lease is up soon so they're just letting it deteriorate. It's likely Malco plans to build off 540 at Elm Springs where the new Walmart will be built. Staffing levels at Sunset are a problem too - they were only servicing one side so there were VERY long lines. On the more positive side, ticket prices are dirt cheap to match the awful environment. Unfortunately, Concession prices haven't changed. We won't be back. Despite the crowds and high prices, the Razorback's atmosphere is (comparatively speaking) much more worth the cost. Only if you're super price-sensitive and have lots of young kids should you go to...
