Oh Man, I been to this location a few times to get groceries for my family who recently moved out this way, I had no problems, but today, I bring my fam in to grocery shop real quick, because I had to be back to watch over my elderly Mother, I also bring my small tiny dog in because I didn't want to leave him in the hot car, (Reminder: I had no clue there was a dog policy) but my partner who had the dog in the cart wanted me to carry out dog, so I decided to just go back to the car by myself with him, as I was turning my back to walk towards the exit, I hear a loud voice practically screaming at me from behind, she yells THAT "YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE A DOG IN HERE!!! I look back to see who's yelling at me there's a heavier set Woman, she's stacking boxes and Proceeded, Yelling the same thing as I turn to face her, my kids are on the other side of the store getting snacks and they also heard her practically screaming, I tell her in a polite matter to just calm down, she proceeded to Say "ITS ON THE WEBSITE POLICY!!!! NO DOGGS!!!! I tell ok, I didn't know and to please to not yell at me, to have some manners, that my family is right here with me, and to have a nice day, she seemed to be in a bad mood for whatever reason, and one of her Workers when I looked over and said she's being rude, she lies and states no she's not in an arrogant tone, my young sons were saying dad, why is that lady screaming at you? I had to tell them that she lacks manners and people shouldn't be treating others like that, because one of my sons is autistic and the other has ADHD where loud noises or screaming rattles them. Man, if public Grocery stores are treating their customers this way, I'll like to take that job position because I'll definitely not treat others like that, I'll just inform them and let them know in a humane matter...not like they are trash. No one should be yelled at for not knowing what a certain policy represents in any store that serves the public.Let alone in front of customers. Do better. I'll apply for that position in a heartbeat I can lift over 200lbs for hours and treat...

Their produce is by far the cheapest and freshest in my area. They have a Cranberry Almond Chicken salad in a lb. Container for about $4.00. Their isles are wide, the floors are clean. Stock rotates fast. It is always busy. They on average have 2 check out lanes open so you may wait a few minutes to check out. Things to know. Being your own bags or you can buy them there for about. 12 cents. Or use boxes off the floor to pack your groceries. And you Will need a quarter to release your shopping cart. You get it back when you return your cart. Employees are always friendly. You can find imported meats and cheeses for 1/4 of the price of other stores. They do carry all the staples, bread, sugar, butter, milk, yogurt, chips, crackers, assorted nuts and so much more. Most items are their brand although you can find coke products, pringles, and a few more brand names. I have tried everything from spaghetti sauce to honey chicken tenders and I have no complaints. Read moreThe "main cashier" (aka ONLY cashier) was not at the register because they are required to do 10 other jobs while being main cashier that include overriding and trouble-shooting 5-6 self check outs. A couple was standing there, reluctant to put their items on the belt due to the lack of cashier. Meanwhile, all the self check outs are full, and 2 out of the 5 or so are dinging with a red light going off because of the main cashier not being there to override the self check outs...
A supervisor, Gina, walks by and looks at the chaos and condescends the couple stranding near the only register that's open by saying rather rudely, "Um you CAN put your stuff on the belt. " She could have explained to them nicely that they could unload their cart and that the cashier would be back when she was done doing her 10 other duties.
This place talks itself up as superior to the chain grocery stores, but all they really do is get by with a skeleton crew.
Produce is notorious for having a much shorter life than that bought at other grocery stores. Good for a few items, but not a substitution for a grocery...
