posting for my mom wow i went to Sears Battlefield Mall Store # 1171 and bought a gas weed eater, took it home next day my son tried to use it the bottom plastic piece would not stay on so silly me thinking Sears was a reputable company would give me my money back since all the weed eaters were made the exact same way. you know being a Craftsman product & all. I only had it 24 hours, BUT THEY INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS A GAS WEED EATER & SINCE I PUT GAS IN IT THEY WON"T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. they say they are not allowed to but they will trade it for another on just like it. The only way to start a gas weed eater is with gas last i heard. can you say fraud. I went as high as i could go & they said they agreed with me & were writing A letter Recommending That Sears give me my money back to which they responded no. When i bought it they they did not tell me i could not return it if i Put gas in. it. They also called the security guard on my son, & when i went in the next day they called their security guard on me to, I did not cuss & I'm a 68 year old woman with 2 torn rotor cuffs severe Arthritis in my Back, haves , both knees & hips I can't run faster then a medium walk. I was a real threat. Then their gutless Manager accused me of harassing his people. I was talking to the manager who stayed 15 to 20 away from me with his back to me half the time. I knew the checker had no say so no i was not harassing him. Everyone me & my son talked to said it was ridicules that you could not return a product that they sell that will only run on gas if you put gas in it. no wonder they are going out of business. Feeling used, & abused. One can only assume they will not give refunds on any gas product . buyers be ware, They they have no...

Read moreFor Springfield, we have a pretty nice mall. I'd love to see a couple much needed stores make their way to our mall, but we aren't complaining. There's a great place in the food court for Boba Tea if ur in to that type of thing; it's called Pan Pacific Grill and I've reviewed them already (they got 5 stars). They're one of two places there that actually hands out samples and it's usually of their amazing Teriyaki Chicken which is what they've always been known for. The added Boba Tea thing is decently new for them, they have a great list of flavors to choose from and it's all very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!! The new store in the mall to avoid, would have to be "The Hype" by Lifted, it's a buy, sell and trade custom kicks shoe store that also carries several high end street apparel brands like Supreme. If you like Jordan's or SB Dunks or any Nike dunks, this is not ur spot! The prices are overpriced and the ppl that work there are garbage and know nothing about what theyre doing or selling except they know in the center of the country not many of the most sought after pairs are gonna drop and release here until way after one or both East and West coast so they price gouge like crazy. Otherwise, the mall has plenty of fun stores to offer. Finally got a Lululemon...
