This is definitively the best car wash in the Eugene-Springfield metro area. How do I know? I've used every single one!
What's the deal with some of these bad reviews? What these jokers don't indicate in their reviews is that they have cars with the silly backpack cargo carrier thing on the top, or ski racks, or aftermarket roof racks. When these vehicles have to go through the wash, so it doesn't damage the vehicle or the wash, certain parts are deactivated. This is the driver of the car's fault, not the car wash. You indeed aren't carrying around four weeks worth of groceries on the top of your car, and it's the summertime no ski season. This is your own fault.
What about the people complaining about their top coat? They have cheap, older dark colored vehicles. A good car wash is going to agitate the surface of the paint to get stuff off of it. If your Mazda is 13 years old and black, yes, it is going to show micro-scratches--that's part of dark colored car ownership. You need to care for your vehicle not just by having it run through a wash. You chose the color of your car, Happy's Car Wash didn't.
The staff is without a doubt the best of any of the car washes--they legitimately seem happy. The manager Curtis has returned my calls when I've had feedback. They bring you bottles of water, will pressure wash your floor mats, and offer all of the regular car wash amenities (and more than normal) free of charge after your wash.
These people complaining about being unsatisfied with $20 car washes... They have a monthly unlimited car wash plan starting at $10 per month. The most deluxe unlimited plan is still around $37 per month. I run my car through here at least twice weekly and it has caused no damage, and I have a large luxury off road SUV that hasn't even gotten damage when getting sand off of it from driving on the beach.
The bad reviews of this car wash are ridiculous. This is the best car wash in town and I think it is money very well spent.
My only complaint is how popular it has become, as sometimes it takes 15 minutes to get...

Read moreThe. Best. Car wash Iâve ever been to. Went to vacuum out my car for the first time there, was looking for a place to pay or put coins in, and the kind Mae tells me itâs FREE. Not only is the vacuum free, they have fresh, clean, and wet microfiber towels to clean your car better. And not only THAT, theyâve got air compressors at each station to blow out any dust or fine cracks in your car that the vacuum canât get to. All free. The car wash is super affordable at only 12 dollars. Not only that, (I know- thereâs more) but the kind Elenor helped jump my car after cleaning the inside for about an hour, not realizing my accessories were on. They have a jump-box on standby for anyone whoâs car dies whilst vacuuming out their vehicles. Never have I had service like Mae and Elenor gave me, and I wonât be going to a different car wash ever because of it. If I lived across town, Iâd drive to it. If I lived out of town- Iâd drive to it. Itâs that good. Thank you guys! A true Happyâs...
