I spent about 2 months researching online before getting out and testing possible new mattress purchases. I spent a lot of time looking into this subject since it is such an expensive and important purchase. I thought about purchasing another online mattress as I had previously, but I wanted to work with someone local this go around. I am very glad I did.

I went into the store for the first time and was greeted right away. I informed the sales rep what I was looking for, and I was given the tour of the mattresses that he thought would best suit me. I had several questions, all of which were answered very well. Compared to the other 4 mattress stores I looked into, the service at Just Beds was far and away the best in town... sincerely, it wasn't even close.

We finally settled on a mattress after multiple trips into the store to test out the different beds. We made our purchase for our mattress and adjustable base. I would have you know that I compared the total price I was quoted to online retailers and other local firms, and I did not come within $500 of the prices I was quoted! I was actually willing to pay a premium due to the quality of service at the store , but this was a nice bonus.

The delivery folks were fantastic as well. Although I didn't care if they walked on my yard, I noticed one gentleman was actually tightrope walking between his truck and my yard so as to not step on my grass. I may not have said anything, but I noticed his efforts and appreicated the fact that he did that... that is top-notch service! They were quick, pleasant, and careful. They also offered to come back and move the mattress if we decided it was not quite in the right spot, and I didn't feel like it was anything but sincere.

I went back to the store about two weeks after we made our purchase to discuss the "break-in period" with a sales rep/manager as we were having some sore mornings after sleeping on the new mattress. He was informitive, helpful, and polite. He told me clearly how to help break the bed in, and how long that might take. He explained that if we weren't happy after 30 days, they would gladly make a swap and give us store credit for a bed of equal or more value, and they would deliver the new bed as well. I thought that was very fair. We have since broken the bed in, we think it is great, and we intend to keep it. I do think that if we had an issue, they would have been happy to replace it for us per our conversations.

In response to another review I read... We did go with an expensive model (Beautyrest C-Class Pillow Top Plush with Rize Adjustable Base), and I think you get what you pay for in the bed world. If you buy a bed that doesn't feel right, maybe there is a defect, or maybe you have not given the material time to break in, or maybe you bought the wrong mattress for you? Either way, perhaps calling or walking in to the store is the best way to fix the problem as opposed to bashing the store on the internet... Personally, I felt very comfortable informing them that we were having minor adjustment issues and they seemed more than happy to help; I realize that sometimes a sales associate can seem annoyed if you look to return something, but that simply didn't happen here... that is an indicator of a well-run business and great leadership.

We had a great experience with Just Beds purchasing a new Bemco mattress and box spring two weeks ago. We are very happy to have been able to patronize a local business AND purchase a mattress made here in Springfield (for hands down the best price!). Just Beds was the first mattress place we went in Springfield and were immediately impressed with Brian's knowledgeable but not overwhelming approach. He gave us all the info we needed, but gave us plenty of time to test out mattresses on our own. When we mentioned we have a dog who sleeps in bed with us he even measured the height of the mattress (plus a few inches for double sided) to make sure our pup could jump up comfortably. Now that is service!! We felt confident with our decision, but decided to do a quick trip to two of the other places (one national chain and one local) just to make sure and were back at Just Beds within a few hours to purchase. The bed and box spring were delivered for free five days later on our chosen time and date. I am extremely impressed with the service and selection here and while we won't need a new mattress for awhile, will be happy to come back and...

Contrary to all of the overly positive reviews down below, the new mattress we got from you guys is absolutely abysmal in every way, shape and form... ESPECIALLY for someone that constantly suffers from acute Scoliosis. I'm very disaapointed and unhappy with my purchase, however my son is even more irritated considering that he hasn't really been able to sleep at all within the past week because of how horribly uncomfortable the thing is and instead has to been rooming in our guest bedroom (yeah, it's THAT bad).
