W. Scott Hanken, Attorney at Law — Attraction in Springfield

Well, As my Mother Kathryn Perry said, I met Scott when I was raising money for my Mothers Cancer benefit, She had stage 2 Breast Cancer and Scott wrote a check without hesitation. Later i would show up on his front desk, asking him to support our local Semi-Proffesional football team " The Springfield Foxes" As i was there Sales and Marketing Director , yet again Scott gave willingly back to his community . Little did I know down the road I would need to call upon him on a Dui, As my Mother explained , he was able to convince the State and the Judge to allow me to drive , while satisfying the courts and doing my classes . I made things even more difficult for Scott , when I got a second Dui, before he could even finish my case , not going into grave detail , but I ended up making him work harder , I was very impatient and even very rude to his Secretary as I almost lost faith in him " which was my fault . Scott continued to represent me , he didnt give up in me nor the case , even when I gave up on myself . I walk away from this experience grateful and humbled, and I consider Scott a friend , because a friend goes the extra mile for you , even when u give them every reason not too. In the End he pulled off a Miracle , and proved why he is the best dui Attorney around. He showed pat. ience with me and concern, he empathized with my Mother . I made a bad decision one night and got charged with a DUI. Scott Hanken is absolutely amazing at what he does. He doesn’t mess around and gets things done. He tells you what will happen and what he will do, and is forthcoming and straightforward about everything. An attorney I genuinely trust. He actually ended up getting me an even better plea deal than what was anticipated! He found an issue with the paperwork and made it so that I wouldn’t have to put a baiid machine in my car. I also did not have my license suspended. Scott was able to get me just a year of supervision and I literally could not have gotten a better deal! My Son had come across Mr. Hanken actually through Scott contributing to My Cancer benifit . Later Scott gave again ,as My Son was the Sales and Marketing Director for the then Semi-Proffessional football team " The Springfield Foxes." Never did my Son know that he would have to call upon Scott to handle his dui. Scott was able to get some leanancy through the State and the Judge , allowing my Son to continue driving for his job , while satisfying the Courts .
