Best Vac is absolutely the best place to purchase a durable and powerful vacuum cleaner hands down!

We have purchased many different brands of vacuum cleaners from the big box retailers the past few years, only to have them last a short time and throw them away. Our last vacuum cleaner was an expensive Hoover Windtunnel from one of the big box retailers. The cord rewind feature broke the 2nd week we had it and it lost suction constantly because the filter always had to be rinsed out. Not to mention the mess of always having to empty the canister.

In search of a new vacuum cleaner, we came across Best Vac in St. Charles. Very friendly people that are experts in vacuums and actually take the time to educate you. They have a pretty large selection for all budgets and they helped me narrow it down to two I really liked. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I purchased a Sebo which is a German brand used in hospitals, the top hotels and even the White House. There are so many cool features about this vacuum, but some key things are it has a bag meaning no more mess and dirt going in the air, the best filtration system for families with allergies, and the 5 year warranty and 7 year warranty on the motor. And it was completely affordable!

After taking it home, we vacuumed the entire house and wow is it powerful...but quite. It was pulling up stuff in the carpet which was already vacuumed by our other vacuum cleaner including stuck in dog hair. And you can tell it is built to last. Best Vac has been my go-to store for quality vacuums and servicing for the past 17 years. I do my own house cleaning and actually enjoy the chore of vacuuming, but I insist on having a decent vacuum. In fact, when helping a friend clean her big, expensive home for a move, I was so frustrated with her vacuum (the type you get at the big box stores) that I made a quick trip home to get my Riccar vacuum which I had bought years ago at Best Vac. What a difference it made! Best Vac carries high-end vacuums that actually do the job. I bought my Air Force Academy cadet a Miele canister vac for his dorm room and he loved it. Helped him pass all the inspections over his 4 years at the academy. My most recent purchase was a hand-held Royal vacuum specifically for use on my stairs. It does a great job. Best Vac also has everything I need to keep my home's central vac in good order. (We replaced several of the original outlets with ones from Best Vac and I like them better than the originals.) Service is recorded, so they have all the records on my vacuums, and a tune-up is free as long as I come in on a regular basis (yearly). Don't buy your vacuums at the big box stores. I was referred to Best Vac by Bissell. I was on my second replacement for a steam mop/vac. They were the warranty repair place that Bissell told me to take the vacuum to. For this first visit, Bissell didn’t have the parts and they got me a brand new replacement so that was awesome but after one I had to bring it back in…. they did a bit of research and realized that the second replacement I had gotten was manufactured on or around the same day so it may have been a defect so they got me a brand new one for a third time that was not manufactured on her around that time. They tested it and called me to let me know that I could come pick it up and that it should be working good! Since there a warranty Repair company I know they didn’t get paid for any of this work getting me these replacements and they were so courteous and quick and personable when I picked up my vacuum. I would definitely come here in the future to purchase a vacuum because I know that if anything goes wrong, they will take care of me 100%. And in my experience, there is always something going wrong with vacuums and Purchasing a vacuum from a reliable company that will offer customer service beyond the purchase date is probably the most important part of purchasing a vacuum!!!
