I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Costco location. On June 16, I brought back a 3-pack of milk that I had purchased for about $10. One of the bottles had already spoiled, even though the expiration date was June 18 — two days later. I had consumed part of the spoiled milk before realizing the issue.
When I went to the customer service counter, a female manager wearing glasses told me that I had to bring back at least half of the spoiled milk in order to process a return or exchange. This made no sense to me — the milk was spoiled before the expiration date, which is clearly not the customer’s fault.
I was shocked by the lack of responsibility shown by the staff. As an Executive Member who pays over $120 per year, I expect better service. Costco is well known for its customer-friendly return policy, especially when it comes to perishable items that spoil before their expiration date. After this incident, I looked up Costco’s official return policy and confirmed that spoiled food products — even if partly used — can and should be returned for a full refund or exchange.
The way this manager handled the situation was both unprofessional and disrespectful. I was so frustrated that I ended up throwing away the entire package. This experience has made me question whether Costco still stands by the customer satisfaction standards it once proudly upheld.
I hope this location takes responsibility and provides better training to ensure customers are treated fairly...
Read moreHad the chance to check out the Costco Business Center in Missouri City, and wow, it's a game-changer compared to your regular Costco! This place is like a treasure trove for food enthusiasts and anyone in the food business.
Right off the bat, the selection here is something else. I'm talking about a range of meats and cheeses that you just don't see at other Costco locations. It's like walking into a carnivore's paradise. I even stumbled upon a whole lamb and some seriously impressive Wagyu steaks – items you don't typically find in a regular warehouse.
But the real star of the show is their meat, dairy, and produce room. It's enormous – seriously, the biggest I've ever seen. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into offering a wide variety for both personal and business needs.
What's cool about this place is that it's the only Costco Business Center in Houston, which adds to its uniqueness. And the cherry on top? It's not overcrowded. You can actually take your time browsing without feeling rushed or cramped.
Honestly I love the Costco Business Center in Missouri City and this is for sure a fantastic find. Whether you're stocking up for your business or just a food lover looking for quality and variety, this place has got you covered. Definitely worth a visit for a unique and satisfying shopping...
Read moreI recently started a membership with Costco and had a minor bad customer service experience that could potentially turn into something bigger if it keeps happening. When I walked into the store there were a few people ahead of me who walked in without being asked if they had a Costco membership. As soon as the front attending lady saw me, she asked if I had a membership, I told her yes and then she asked me to show her my card, stating that I can’t shop unless I have one. When it was time for checkout I asked the lady at the register is it normal for everyone’s card to be check or do they just randomly ask some people and not everyone. She told me that everyone is supposed to be checked. When I finished checking out, I slowly walked to the exit to watch the interaction the front attending lady had with other customers. She was not asking people to show their cards. Now Costco, if it’s company policy to demand everyone’s membership card at entry I completely understand, but considering the stigma certain skin colors carry, I would highly suggest you train all of your employees to check all cards instead of being selective about who they ask. This could just be a coincidence, but it doesn’t look good for you. I am not here to tell who the lady was, I only want everyone to collectively do better. Check...
