The TEAM LEAD in this shop has a terrible attitude. A team lead is supposed to have leadership skills as well as knowing how to deescalate a situation instead of being the cause to one . I’ve been a customer with this shop for over 6 months , I started getting deliveries at home . But Ive been doing pick ups for about a month now and everything was fine until I had to deal with her this morning ( team lead ) . She was very rude and unhelpful when it came to my online order because they didn’t have time items that I placed an order for . She was very disrespectful. I was told to leave and I was banned from the shop this morning while in store it was embarrassing and an horrible experience .I reached out to a manager in regards to my situation, and I was allowed to attend the shop again because I wasn’t in the wrong . Overall my experience wasn’t good and I wouldn’t dare spend my money in a shop like this again . To ever think your authority as a team lead is the highest a situation can be taken or like you really can treat customers that way with no repercussions is insane . So yes I am allowed to go back because I did nothing wrong but not going back is principal! would you go back to a shop that embarrassed and disrespected you for absolutely no reason but because your staff isn’t in...

This is hands down the best dispensary ever...like literally EVER! All the bud tenders are incredibly kind and helpful and so warm and welcoming. All the products are out for you to pick up and view without having to peer through a glass display. The prices are insanely low for their high quality products they carry which are distributed from legit and reputable ,well known manufacturers.
