DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Customer service is horrible. They don't even send you a confirmation once you place the order. Also, if items are on sale, don't expect to get the 15% off that they advertise when you register. I just placed my order, can I edit or cancel it? Unfortunately, there is no way to change an order once it has been processed, that includes adding additional items, canceling an order, changing quantity, size or color. All orders, including any placed directly through customer service are sent directly to shipping after completion. Once the order is completed and an order number issued no updates can be made. Customer Service can make adjustments and credits after the package has shipped. If you need to return your order or item, please see the return instructions on the back of the invoice that will be included with your order.

Read moreThis review is for Kids World at Stone Crest: I went to The Kids World location in Lithonia on 8/5/2016 to exchange five shirts I purchased the day before at a different location. The items were for an exact exchange. Same color, same shirt just one size down. I told the man in the store what I needed to do and how many I needed to exchange and that I needed help getting that size off the high wall. Upon going to the register to complete the exchange, the clerk who was a teen age male attempted to handle my exchange and another customers purchase. At first the clerk told me that the shirts I brought from the other store cost a $1.00 more each at their location. I was hesitant but agreed instead of going out of my way to go back to the other store. He continued trying to do both transactions and while he was doing so, I noticed that the shirts that I bought at the other Kids World location were actually the ones that cost $1.00 more and advised him that they would owe me not me owing them. The cashier was hesitant but realized that was correct. He started completing my transaction and then intentionally dropped my merchandise behind the counter and then put it back on the counter and said I only brought in four shirts not five. I told him that was not true and that I needed to exchange five shirts and that is what I brought and told the other man I was doing. I told him I know you left one under the counter because you don't want to have to give me the $5.00 difference. He asked the other man did they actually see what was in my bag and he said no. I told them just give me my stuff so that I could leave and I was reporting them. I left with five shirts in the size I needed. If I only brought in four shirts, why would they exchange them for five? That would have meant I actually owed them the difference. Read moreThis mall is ridiculous. At first it seems like a nice decent mall but it is far from that. For one the selection of stores is horrendous it that is more of an opinionated statement. Stores include no name stores that all sell the same thing. Cheap clothes. But again that is opinion based. What really grinded my gears was that I was seated on a bench with my wife a security guard quickly came and started yelling at us and threatening to kick us out. For what? For sitting and having her lay her head on me?? Who does these kind of things. Worst of all this was prior to the mall actually being open. Where there were customers to be seen. Last time I set up and do an event at this mall. All this is coming from a 2+ kiosk owner at Towne Center Mall and Greenbriar Mall of which both are better in store selection and employees.
