UPDATE: I have since taken the car to Ron Marhofer Nissan in Cuyahoga Falls. They confirmed that my wife’s tires were indeed 6/32’s which proved that the service department at Nissan of Streetsboro had lied about the tread and provided pics of someone else’s tires. Fortunately Ron Marhofer submitted the claim to Hankook tires. We will move ALL our future business to Ron Marhofer. Also they had offered us to go back to see their service department gauge her tire tread unlike Streetsboro. Absolutely HORRIBLE service department. My wife bought a brand new 2024 Nissan Sentra SV May 1st of last year. She brought her car in a few weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. They told her she was going to need new tires next year because they were at 6/32’s and I told them how is she at that low of tread with only 8,500 miles on it and that tires should last longer than 17,000. I called another Nissan dealer and ask them and they confirmed that the tires should last longer than 17,000 miles and I should take it to a tire shop and have them confirm the tread depth and if it was truly 6/32nd’s that I should file a claim with Hankook Tires. I did just that and indeed it was 6/32nds. So we called Hankook about a claim and they said we had to take it back to the dealer and they would have to make the claim. We went in today to have them check the tires and informed me that all the tires were between 8-9/32nds and that we don’t need new tires. Also giving me pics taken of ā€œher tiresā€ to show the tread. She proceeded to give me two tread measures that ā€œtheir techs useā€. I walked out to the car and checked with their measurers and measured 6/32nds all the way around. I left and went to yet another tire shop and had them check the tires and confirmed that they were 6/32nds and that the tread wear bump in the tread was almost even and that the tires should be changed and are questioning if the pics that were given to were even her tires because there is NOTHING that shows that it’s her car. We were basically lied to our face and already have a call into Nissan Customer Care and we are getting a call back Monday. Would also like to add that we had a salesman who happened to be outside also confirmed the 6/32nds. Absolutely disgusted with Nissan of Streetsboro and will never return to them because of their unprofessionalism.

Bring an OBD2 Scanner with you. Bought a used truck and the day after I get a P0304 code. Cyl 4 Misfire. Then one day after that I get a P0300, which is a multiple cylinder misfire. My salesman was Dominic Walker. Car only had 7 miles till empty on my test drive and they would not fill it up for me before the sale. They limited my seat time and I didn't think anything of it at the time, seems to be an odd coincidence now. Light came on about 80 miles after getting it -when codes get flashed off by their alleged OBD2 reader it typically lasts a "drive cycle" which is 50-100 miles- with more codes to follow. Before purchase and test drive, when I got under the truck to look around for anything out of the ordinary, I saw nothing to my knowledge. After the drive home I get under it and find an oil based fluid on the front suspension stabilizer bar. Yet to figure out the source or cause of that one. (update : truck potentially had an under spray coat from prev. owner) Do what you wish with this info, but I would highly suggest taking your own obd2 reader, it will see the codes even if no lights are on. (update : they are addressing the issue, they flashed the codes off again due to not being able to figure out what caused the check engine light to come on. With that being said they are willing to fix it if the problem comes back (So they say, my trust is obviously not 100% there.) BUT they are willing to fix it because they said the codes were stored. Which i then asked, "if they were stored codes, you knew about the issue and didn't inform me? So it SEEMS they did just flash the codes off before selling, therefore they knew about the issues prior to selling and did not disclose that information to me.) I'm not typically the one to leave reviews, but man it would sure suck if someone is having a really hard time with money and try to get a used vehicle from a dealer like this is just get absolutely screwed over from lack of transparency. Hope I can save you some troubles!

My sales-rep Tevin Martin honestly went above and beyond to help me get to what I needed! My schedule in and out of work makes it very difficult to communicate and coordinate things for certain days and times, and Tevin definitely understood that... He was timely in his responses, answered any question I had, and was knowledgeable in what he was talking about. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a car, with the features I was looking for, ALL for a fair monthly lease price! Now, I wanted to make a last-minute change involving the car color (the original color I selected didn’t look like the same color advertised on their website), and I was originally told there was no other color on the lot for the car with the specific specs I wanted, that ALSO fit my price range. It might sound petty, but this was going to be a dealbreaker for me… yet somehow, Tevin came to his shift earlier than usual, and helps find me the same car, with the same specs, in a more preferable color, FOR THE SAME PRICE! Lastly, the day prior to signing my lease, Tevin preemptively sent me a picture of the new car, and pointed out the car’s hood had some sort of ā€œrippledā€ look on it (looking at the picture, you would’ve thought the car’s hood was merely showing a reflection of another object; it was not noticeable in the picture); Tevin came in for 2 hours ON his day off, to make sure this car’s hood was buffed out well by their mechanic, (and note this was literally done the day before I came in to sign: so about 14ish hours)… I come in the next day; the car and nearly all the paperwork I requested be ready to sign as soon as I came in (since I had to leave for work right after), was prepared… If you’re currently in the market for a new car lease, I would highly recommend checking out Nissan of Streetsboro… And Tevin my guy, 5/5 stars!

UPDATE: since I can’t reply to the comment below it’s a joke. I called this number and no one knew what I was even talking about.

This place is the worst. If I could I’d return the vehicle I bought. I regretfully bought a 2022 Nissan rogue. Seth the sales guy was great he was nice and truthful on everything. Things went downhill fast when financing got involved. First the finance guy never provided us any numbers he just said it’d be $200 biweekly. Didn’t say what this was, at first we just thought he was talking about the extended warranty. Then he leaves us with questions. He has another guy from the finance department come over and just expect us to sign all this paperwork not explaining anything. Then they tried to tack on a percent for making a down payment with a credit card. We ended up going to Sheetz down the road to get cash. While I was moving my stuff from my old car to the new one, my husband tells me that the second finance guy stated that I requested the paperwork to come via email which I NEVER stated. A day later I don’t have any paperwork to show that I even bought the car. I call the next day and explain the situation and get hung up on. Called again same day got a male rep who stated that’d look into it. The next day I called and spoke with Seth who was wonderful. He stated he will resend it and confirmed my email he thought I received the paperwork. He said if I don’t get it in an hour to call him. I call again since I never received it and reached another sales rep he told me I need to give it time. Explained to him I’ve been waiting 3 days for this paperwork and that I will be coming down after work. I came in after work Seth was surprised to see me, looks like the male sales rep didn’t give Seth this message Seth thought I got the paperwork since he never heard back from me. I had to wait for them to print out the paperwork which again I expected the other gentleman would have done so already but he never said anything to seth so I guess this was expected. Within a month I needed an oil change and whoever did the oil change last tightened the nut so hard they had to replace my oil pan. Had to reschedule that to have this fixed. Isaiah did give me another oil change for free within my year of free oil changes. However I took it back and explained that I had another recall on this vehicle keep in mind I already sent this vehicle in for a recall in the same time period. I tell them I have another recall on the car and they said it wasn’t showing on their system even though I showed it on my app. So to my surprise I get an email today stating that there is a recall. I called today and explained this to the lady who answered the phone and she said she’d get an advisor to explain this since I was just here Saturday to get the recall and the oil pan and oil change done. Now I’m waiting a call from an advisor to explain to me how now I’m getting an email directly from them saying exactly what I was telling them two days ago. The lady I spoke to stated that they were all busy and that an advisor can call me back since what’s the point of scheduling a service that they won’t do since they wouldn’t do it earlier. Oh yeah and when I originally bought this car they asked for my banking information thinking it was for the bank I took my loan out for. Nope it was for a third party that charged $2.99 a payment for them to make payments for me. And if I didn’t upload the statements from the loan bank they’d charge $50 a month. So shady. And then they tried to say it was in my contract and that’s not true cancelled that crap asap. I have my own bank that can handle that for...

Poor Communication and customer service – Disappointed with the entire experience. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership:

1-Trade-in payoff delayed: I traded my vehicle in on August 18,2025, on 9/3/25, I was advised by the lender that a payment was due this month for my vehicle. The salesman stated the pay-off was sent which was not true. They didn’t send my trade-in payoff until after the cutoff date, which has now incurred additional per diem fees and requires additional monies. This why as of today, I still have an unpaid balance on vehicle traded in almost a month ago. Completely avoidable with basic attention to detail.

2- Mechanical issue right away: On the drive home, the brakes on the new vehicle were smoking. I immediately contacted the dealership. They gave me a rental—but only for one day. A safety issue like this should have been handled with urgency and more support. I received a call on Tuesday, 9/16 from a Brandon, inquiring about mechanical issues with my new purchase. He states, ā€œBased on his records it does not show that your vehicle was retuned here for servicing and you explain to me what mechanical issue you are experiencing.ā€ Unbelievable, no one is communicating or reading the notes. Truly a horrible experience.

3- Finance error: Nearly three weeks later, I was told they never actually charged my card for the $1,000 deposit. This speaks to serious disorganization in their finance department. But you were given my credit card to establish payment for the new loan. I returned to the dealership three times in one week of purchasing the vehicle and met with sales rep, manager and finance guy. Noone said anything additional was required from me at the time. I expected a higher level of professionalism and care. Unfortunately, what I received was poor communication, lack of accountability, and a lot of unnecessary stress. I cannot and will not recommend this dealership based on my experience. Be cautious and double-check everything before signing anything.

Prior to posting this review, I reached out to customer service several times to come to a feasible resolution for all inconvenience I have continue to encounter regarding this vehicle purchase. This is my second purchase from this dealership and...
