I've stopped in the shop before and bought a few things and have always had a pleasant experience. My husband ordered flowers for mothers day and had them delivered this past weekend. They were absolutely beautiful! When I got up this morning, they were wilting and the water was really low which was strange it happened so fast. Realized there was a crack on the back of the vase I didn't realize and it was slow leaking water. I called today and told her what happened and she was wonderful! Brought me out a new bouquet this afternoon that might be even more beautiful if that's possible! So impressed with their customer service and flowers. I called and was looking for flowers for a funeral for a friend of mine whose mom passed away and I came across Sandy's not knowing anything about the area but had good reviews and after talking to my friend they said the flowers and presentation were just exceptional! I never got to see them personally but they said they were very nicely done very professional and really stood out! BEAUTIFUL arrangements, excellent customer service. I ordered a flower arrangement for my husband's grandmother's celebration of life, and was stunned at how beautiful it was. Fast forward to today, I had placed a flower order for my mother in law's birthday, and JUST received a phone call from a well-known floral site (rhymes with 1-800-schmlowers) that they can't deliver the arrangement, and don't have florists in the area.
