Rude service and defective product — they don’t stand behind what they sell.

I’m beyond frustrated with this place. I bought a $30 torch that worked one time and then completely stopped working. When I finally had a chance to go back (it’s only been two weeks), the guy refused to exchange it or even look at it. He said, “If it was the next day, I would’ve exchanged it.” What’s the difference? A defective product is a defective product — whether it’s one day or two weeks!

This is also the same worker who’s rude every single time I go in there. If you ask to see something before buying, he acts like you’re bothering him or wasting his time. I’m a paying customer who spends over a hundred dollars almost every visit, and this is the kind of treatment I get?

After this experience, they’ve completely lost my business. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values...

Terrible. I was getting my tobacco here. I wanted to try vaping, so I bought an Orion 7500. Within 5 days it was leaking and wouldn't work anymore. I returned to the store and the guy that opened up said it was my fault and I shouldn't have had the vape in the hot truck. Whatever so I bought another one because what do I know. That vape was leaking within 2 days and it never left my house. I say this vape shop is terrible and I will never buy there again. I had to switch tobacco brands because no one else around carries my brand. The guy is a loser in my book. He lost a long term customer because he didn't want to honor his products. Listen, I walked into the vape shop just trying to replace a coil and somehow left with life advice, a new flavor that tastes like heaven, and a weird but comforting sense of inner peace — all thanks to Dylan.

This man knows his stuff. He’s like the Gandalf of vaping: wise, chill, and always steering you in the right direction. But seriously, Dylan is super professional, doesn’t upsell you on nonsense, and actually takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense (even when your brain is still waking up).
