I ordered a book set for my son to be picked up. Upon placing order I didn't see that it had to be picked up within a couple days until I read the confirmation email that came at night the next day (so already 1 day down). I then broke my right wrist in 2 places so was unable to pick up until following day when someone could take me. They would not hold the order for basically 12 hours. So I had to go back and order again, this time I picked delivery so no problems. It has been 3 weeks order shows processing and its 3 days till Christmas. For 2 days the where is my order and contract help has been down on their site...really??? I will NEVER purchase anything...
Read moreBooks a million has a good selection. I do like their millionaires club, we only did it because it was a special, only $5, but it paid for itself with a $5 off coupon basically. And has came in handy, we use the coupons all the time. The employees are pretty nice and knowledgable. Sometimes there's not enough staff and if you need help, you will probably be waiting for quite a while. I also wish there were places to sit for a minute. That's one thing I miss about borders and I know barnes and noble has ample seating for customers to utilize. I'm am glad BAM is at southpark, it's nice to have one close since bookstores are not on every corner like...

Today was the street date, they said they havent even unboxed their truck stock and to try tomorrow.
