The new Eagle Theatre had movies for $2/person this week for Spring Break. We were thrilled to see how beautiful the venue was. The staff was extremely courteous & friendly. I was very impressed with how handicap friendly it was. There are elevators, ramps, location for wheelchairs & even the seats that you can slide into. The Famiky bathrooms were huge! They also had a bench in there which comes in handy for changing children that won't fit on the infant fold down tables. Read moreThis was my first visit to The Eagle @ Sugar Hill and Corine Bailey Rae couldn't have picked a better spot to perform her new album Black Rainbow. Parking was a breeze (and free). The venue seats appx 400 people so it is very intimate. We sat front row and the sound and view were amazing. The only "con" I can offer was the bar. There were well drinks only and a couple branded beers so I op-ed for a couple bottles of reasonably priced water. An amazing performance at a beautiful venue. Read moreConvenient location and love the idea of $2 Tuesdays, but there should really be more than 2 employees there for 150 people watching a movie. They were 30 minutes late starting the movie and when I asked when they were starting, the answer was not well handled. When they finally started the movie it was so loud that my daughter freaked out and never recovered to be able to enjoy the movie. Even after they turned it down it was still peaking around 90 decibels. Too loud for a 10:30am movie with a ton of kids. Probably won't be back. Even at...
