I had a terrible experience at this location. I was taking my wheelchair using daughter to try on clothes. The lady at the fitting room said we don’t have room for her. I asked why. Someone else was in the stall. Keep in mind that there were numerous stalls open. I asked if they had a wheelchair. The lady said no. I said well why don’t you tell her a wheelchair needs the room and ask her to switch stalls. She announced to me that her manager wouldn’t let her do it. I said that is ridiculous. All you need to do is ask politely. I have never had someone say no. They usually apologize and happily move.
She walked away from me and I said something like, are you even listening to me? She turned around and looked at me and my daughter and said, No mam I am not. I couldn’t believe it.
My daughter and I were stunned. I told my daughter I so upset but I promised her that I would never treat someone as though they didn’t matter. To me everyone deserves to be treated with respect. She was disrespectful.
Though I wanted nothing more than to leave our clothes in a mess, I hung them all neatly back on the hangers and left the fitting room in order.
I am sure that Nordstrom’s has a better policy than that. It is not fair for my daughter to wait when other rooms are available. If someone else needs that room we are happy to wait but if there is no need then why if it fair for her to wait. Oh wait a minute, I said FAIR. That’s right, life isn’t...
Read morei was furious to find my perfect credit blemished by silly store card. they offered me a small discount for signing up for a store card and did not send me a bill by mail. they will auto enroll you in paperless billing. i missed it thinking it was just a sales offer and when i get the letter in the mail saying past due i paid immediately. then i find reported to all three bureaus 30-60 days past due. are you kidding me. i reached out to them several times over the past three years and still no help getting it off my credit. now i have to pay to have a credit repair company to bog them down with certified request until they remove it. over a charge on a pair of jeans around 60 dollars. i will spend thousands of dollars to remove this on principal. these people do not understand the business they are in. this is retail clothing. this is a card no one wants and that is pushed on customers for a discount beware do not sign up with this one. they are very eager to report to your credit and very unwilling to remove it when it is obviously...

Just spent over $1.000 at Nordstrom sugarland .shoes's ropes are already broke off, and I took it to Nordstrom sugarland location to exchange it , they said that they can't do anything, it has not even been 90 days and worn only couple times . Manager was not helpful at all . And these shoes are over $100 dollars .
