The sales associate, Pam, was particularly helpful in explaining the differences between various brands and materials, ensuring I made an informed decision. They even used a sleep diagnostic tool to recommend the best mattress for my sleeping style!

I ended up choosing a memory foam mattress that provides incredible comfort and support. The purchase process was seamless, and the delivery team was prompt and professional, setting up the mattress quickly and efficiently.

We had a great experience here. We were just window shopping and were curious about pillows. We recently purchased a new bed and needed buying this great mattress cover that enhanced the bed itself but that's beside the point. We were helped by Gary who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We explained our issues with our pillows and he suggested we do this science thing that took our sleeping habits and we laid on these beds and it formed to our body to get the right suggestions of pillows for us. Gary was very patient and helped us throughly with finding the right pillows we got the whole experience and were even able to test the pillows with a similar bed in the store to the one we had at home. I think I tested about 4 pillows multiple times to truly get the best feel and my fiancé tested 2 and was able to get the perfect pillow. If I could give Lisa 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! What an absolute gem you have with her as an employee and representative of your company! From the moment we walked in, she was beyond helpful and patient as we literally laid on probably every single mattress you had in your store until we found the perfect one. She even carried pillows around with her for us to try! We asked a ton of questions which she answered efficiently and energetically and if she didn’t know the exact answer, she went and found out! When I think of customer service, Lisa is exactly what comes to mind!
