On Monday Evening, July 8th,I had an order picked up thru the drive thru window by by grandson. The order included a small cheeseburger with lettuce., tomatoes, NO ONIONS, with ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise; and a strawberry milkshake. An oder of fries. I am not a regular, but during all of my previous visits, have not had a complaint. However, upon taking the very first bite in the hot cheeseburger I not only bit into the burger but to my disdain, I found that l had a long strand of HAIR in my mouth as well. I was to say the least DISGUSTED! I therefore called to speak with a manager but got voicemail. l left a detailed message.. Which included asking inquiring about the wearing of “Hair Nets”. Upon leaving my call back information l hung up. On Wednesday morning, July 9th, I called again and once again the call went straight to voicemail. Left message that I called on the previous night with complaint of having a very long strand of hair in my food. I also shared that it was not mines because my hair is very short wasn’t my grandson’s either. From anyone reading this complaint, seriously as I have decided to eat at HOME. The QUALITY of service has gone to the dogs. This includes customer service, preparation, price, cleanliness and kindness. Dr. Sonja...
Read moreProbably the worst cookout I've ever been to.
Prices have doubled in general over the last 4 years at cookout, that is whatever but I've been to this location twice and both times I've gotten gyp'd. First off you pay like $4 for some cheddar bites and I got 11 bites in total. Laughable at best when the bag wasn't even half way full.
Second you get a 'double chocolate' shake and it's whiter than MJ post-op. Third I asked for extra quesadilla sauce and even had the worker repeat it back as one of the option... open it up and NO sauce 😂
The wait is dumb, even when there was literally no one there I was about to leave before someone said 'go ahead and order'
The people working there have attitudes and don't give a flying rat's.
$19 for 2 trays and the only upgrade was one shake.. wild. Cookout used to be known for getting a boatload of food for cheap.
I've never had such poorly prepped food nor such piss poor service from a cookout in my life across...
Read moreI have been here several times, the last time I went, we waited in the car line for about 10 minutes in line for the speaker, another 7 or so minutes at the speaker before anyone asked our order. The car in front of us went to the speaker and had ease. While waiting to pay and get our food, another car that got there before us had probably waited 20 minutes, just to receive a drink. It then took probably 10 more minutes until we reached the window. My boyfriend had forgotten his wallet at home, it was his fault of course, but luckily has tap card on his phone. When we asked if they accept tap, they said no, and we even asked if they accepted it inside, and they also said no. We were bummed we waited in line for so long only to be denied because they do not have tap. Most restaurants have tap these days. Just saying this experience wasn't fun for us. I know that it is our fault we forgot our wallet, but still didn't make the...
