I would like someone other than the rude guy with the dreads to explan this OK First off manager homeboy need to learn how to speak to people and deal with a customers issue without being rude I ordered 2 golden BBQ crispy sandwiches 4.99 each The cashier took it upon herself to ring up 2 golden BBQ crispy sandwiches with bacon and cheese OK I'm not complaning about that I was fine with that but then I'm told we don't have no bacon and cheese but yet their expecting me to pay extra for something I'm not getting times 2 So instead of asking for a refund of the 5.35 or what ever asked the unprofessional manager if they could just give us a small Mac and cheese to compensate the difference He fixed his lips to say oh no I can't just be given out free food But wait I'm owe 5 dollars and change and you expected me not to notice the cashier even kept the recipe and I had to ask for it Then were asked to pull in to a parking spot and waiting and unreasonable amount of time the cashier came out asked us what we ordered that's how long we were waiting and is still waiting I would ask for a refund but i paid with my card and have invested almost 20 mins for 2 count it 2 chicken sandwiches that most likely won't be made correct any way I had to go inside Give another cashier my recipe Ended up with no food and mad and hungry The cashier claimed she took the food to my car I was in their lobby I called my wife who was inside the car to check seeing how she didn't call me to say she had the food my wife tells me the girl went to the car beside our car and then back inside I gave up left before i lost my cool now I'm out $19.04 So thanks for the worse customer service ever Almost 30 mins was over charged And never got my food and y'all slick because I never got that recipe back but I have the info...

My wife was in Sumter and stopped by this Popeyes to pick up some chicken for our family - we live 35 minutes away. She ordered the 16 pc Mild for $24.99. She was told that they did not have enough chicken at the moment to complete her order - Did she want Half and Half, Mild and Spicy? No, she said, the kids don't like the spicy. They said it would be a 13 minute wait. She said That's OK, I don't mind waiting. The person came back and said "Oh Wait! - We DO have enough chicken for your order! So they gave her the chicken and she left. Now we discover that she actually got 13 pieces of chicken plus one little half a wing - NOT the big part of the wing, the small part. I'm sorry, 1/2 of a chicken wing does NOT count as 1 piece of chicken. And to top it off, they STILL put in 3 pieces of Spicy! So we basically got ripped off for $4.50 and paid extra for 3 pieces of Spicy that we Did Not Want. We live too far away to drive back there to settle this, but it comes down to either Dishonesty or Incompetence - more likely a combination of both. Throwing that little half a wing in there and counting it as a piece - Nobody could possibly believe that is OK. Could they? Even if you DO count it, it's STILL ONLY 14 PIECES! This is really EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Did the employee think they were doing her a favor by giving her 13.25 pieces of chicken for the price of 16 so that she wouldn't have to wait 13 minutes??? She already said that she didn't mind waiting. We like Popeyes Chicken, but we will NEVER go to that location again. People, you better Count Your pieces of chicken before you drive away from Popeyes Sumter, their employees apparently don't care at all about their customers. VERY DISPLEASED....

This have been by far the worst Popeyes in SC. On 3 December 2021 4:05pm my family and I came to Popeyes at 1187 Broad Street Sumter, SC 29150 Store# 12197 for food. First off my husband used the coupon 2pc Signature Chicken, Reg Side & Biscuit.# 8839 and I order the number 8. We got to the window to find out the chicken for the 2pc was connected, which. My husband did not want. The cook let my husband know what was going on and he said he could change his order. My husband changed his order and used another coupon for the 3pc chicken pc tenders. Next thing we knew is that a female with dreads came to the window being GEHTTO and RUDE about it. She was very unprofessional about the situation. She started saying "Next time if they don't give the coupon number at the window then don't let them use it." The cook was trying to explain to her that we said we gave the coupon at the speaker before the window. She stated she didn't care. She was very horrible and I will never come back or recommend anyone else come to this popeyes EVER!!! Not to mention the the guy taking our lied about my husband not giving him the coupon number. If my husband didnt give the coupon how would the cook know about our order??!. HORRIBLE POPEYES AND EMPLOYEES. Someone needs to speak to TIERRA...
