Five Below — Attraction in Sun Prairie

Zero stars if possible. I don't know why they have a sign saying that if they charge you a different price than posted, they will give you the difference, if they don't. We went with our daughters to get something worth $5, we often do that, but the store is so disorganized now, and with all kinds of prices that the task is not as easy as it was before, but we were there already, so my daughter made sure the thing was $5, it said that in the shelf where it was. We went to register and it wasn't $5, it was more, we took the employee to the shelf to show that it says $5... but she said that the whole shelf was missplaced and shouldn' t be there, well how is that our fault? If the store cannot be kept organized and with the correct prices posted you should close.

Went in here in the evening to look for Easter basket goodies. Was taken aback by the staff's behavior. 2 men were being very loud, throwing stuff around and just overall obnoxious. There was a woman there as well but she appeared to be the only one truly working. I would have stayed longer to purchase more but was just uncomfortable in the store. The store itself was messy and in disarray with boxes waiting around to be put out. I get good employees are hard to come by these days and stores/restaurants are desperate but as someone who has been in customer service more than half my life, this is unsettling and unacceptable behavior to me. Wonder how many other customers were turned...

Neat little store. Name says 5 below what is supposed to be everything is $5.00 or below. But that is not true. Some items higher than that.. also the store is a mess 90% of the time. Staff they have are clearly there to collect a paycheck is all. They are nit friendly or welcoming to the shoppers. . Usually there is a group of them standing at front counter looking at there phones and nit addressing the customers. They also wear earbuds for music. That is something you don't see in most business plus the music played in there store is cranked beyond an acceptable volume.

Not sure who is the boss of this store but it clearly needs help. Get people that...
