I knew about their free vegetarian dinners, and as I was hungry and needed food, I came here. The place where you eat (dinner is from 6:45-7:15) is kind of like a study hall, is quiet, and the screen projects points about how we can improve mindfulness, even while eating. I finished eating just around 7:30, and they rang the bell for meditation, so I decided to stay. It is good to meditate, because in meditating one puts away the distractions that take us away from observing, and from living in the present.
