I have been a long time pharmacy customer of over 10 years at this CVS and I have never been so rudely treated by this individual named Charlemagne on March 2025.
Before I could even approach the counter for my monthly Rx pickup she immediately noticed my CVS mobile app on my phone in my hand and declared loudly "Just because you have the mobile pickup doesn't mean you get to cut the line." I pointed out to her there was zero people waiting in line. She told me to go to regular pickup window. So I went there. After she finished with another customer ahead of me, she immediately ordered me to come back to her window. I asked her for clarification as she said I was in the wrong window previously.
She then continued to be belligerent and demeaning to me by telling me she can't see if there's a line and said I should be grateful I was getting her help. I expressed concern about her communication style and she immediately left the counter without further assistance for my Rx pickup.
The pharmacist on duty then came up to me to help me pickup the Rx and apologized for the situation.
I don't know if Charlemagne was a new employee but her name tag was just a sticker and not the normal plastic name tag. But I have never been so insulted before at this CVS or any other retail experience.
This unprovoked attack is shocking and disappointing and I feel like I should take my business elsewhere and tell everyone else I know to avoid this type of experience...
Read moreVery Disappointing Experience at CVS Photo Center
Yesterday (Oct 29th, 2025) I had a very frustrating experience at this CVS location when picking up a photo order that my email confirmed was ready. The staff member at the photo counter — an older lady — showed no interest in helping and seemed unwilling to do her job.
She looked for my order under my name, said she couldn’t find it, and quickly moved on to other things. I suggested she check under my wife’s name, but she still couldn’t locate it. While she was still searching, another CVS staff member politely asked her to continue helping me. Her response was, “I am trying to help,” in a very dismissive tone — even though she clearly wasn’t making an effort.
After nearly 20 minutes of waiting, the manager came over, handed me the box of printed photos, and I found my order myself within seconds. There were fewer than ten envelopes under that last-name section, so it was not difficult to find. The manager just shook his head, also puzzled why she hadn’t located it earlier.
I don’t understand why she treated me with such indifference when I was being polite the entire time. This experience really left a poor impression, and I hope CVS provides better customer service training — customers shouldn’t have to go through this kind of frustration for...
Read moreAfter having made an online payment on reaching the pharmacy and providing the confirmation email, the pharmacist made us pay again for one of the medicines stating that the payment did not show up on her system. The confirmation email from cvs did show that the payment was made. But she was not interested in that and insisted that we pay for it again, if we were to get the medicine. Later we called up the customer care. They weren't helpful either. They redirected us to another department. On one hand it is not worth my time to pursue this (to get back few dollars) and on the other hand I am unhappy about how unhelpful the pharmacist was and it feels like CVS is ripping off money. I wonder if they have a very organized way of making such failures every once in a while and make money at scale since most of us won't spend the time to get back...
