Bawarchi — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

I never thought of giving review about this restaurant. But I have to give some review, so that all the customers will come to know how badly with no minimum respect to a customer. We ordered food today nearly 150 dollars, the biryanis and curries are very salty. We called restaurant to provide the feedback about the food. But the guy who received call is talking disrespectfully from the restaurant. This is the worst and worst food I ever tasted in my life. The guy from restaurant is not ready to expect feedback about the food they prepared, I don’t think the chef ever tasted his own food at the Bawarchi restaurant Sunnyvale. We did not ask for return money or food from restaurant, but they are not ready to take the feedback positively. I was so frustrated, a restaurant business which host customer hospitality. I did not get review of zero, minimum is 1 star. I hope this owner of the restaurant should consider this giving minimum courtesy of respect to a customer. We got reference for this Resturant so We order food from this Resturant today it’s worth around 150$ . We were expected food will be good , when I went for pick they packed it in dirty cover I asked why is this covers are likes he said it’s normal when we started eating biryani it’s salty we order fish that’s salty and we have Manchuria which is not cooked . Mutton gravy it’s not cooked properly . We called right always it’s lunch break for them so finished the work and called him in the evening 7 pm the guy who lift the phone talks nonsense and when we reach there with food . He say I didn’t talk nothing bad in call we took our food to the restaurant they didn’t respond for that he acts he didn’t know thing . He is not every asked can I make new items or anything . Just rude behavior. People come to Bawarchi for good biryani which is not at all . I don’t suggest for this Resturant . No Bawarchi . Cross check the amount you are charged whenever you visit this restaurant. I had an order total of 30$. However I was charged 300$ on my credit card. I didn't see it until the next day and when I contacted the restaurant, I was asked to settle the transaction with the credit card company. I raised a dispute with the credit card company and went to the restaurant twice. They assured that they would revert the transaction once Discover contacts them. I got a temporary credit. However, after a month: Discover card reposted the transaction saying the merchant provided them with bills for 300$ and they said it is a valid charge. I went to the restaurant just to hear the same old story and they refused to share the bill.
