Fossil Outlet Store — Attraction in Sunrise

Was in the store, sales are amazing as I wanted to start having watches. Purchased two watches two days ago. They will adjust it for you in the store so I opted to do that. The day after (yesterday) I decided to wear one of the watches and it came apart at one of the link, fell off my arm and hit the floor. The damage was minor but still since it was caused by improper work on their end I went back to the store. She quickly tells me I cannot return the watches because I took advantage of the free engraving on the back and they don't return those. That was not explained to me when it was so happily offered and regardless I now have a damaged watched because an employee did not do the job properly. I asked if we can meet in the middle and I can get the watch repaired since , again, it was the fault of the employee. They offered for me to download some app and pay for it myself. I explained while I understand their policies and I'm not trying to be difficult I don't feel I should have to pay for something that was no fault of mine and the direct fault of the store. In the end the lady basically gave me a big f@€k you. Call the corporate for help and they did the same. I will never be buying...

We went to the Sawgrass Mills Mall and stopped by the Fossil store last Wed. after returning from a cruise. This was a convenient stop on the way home. Our family are Fossil fans and this store was probably the coolest Fossil store we have visited. The team at this store were so helpful. We bought a watch for our youngest daughter and they offered to engrave the back of it in their Custom Shop free of charge. It turned out great. We bought our oldest a purse and they stamped her initials in the leather for free. They were so happy to do it and made you feel like they appreciated your business. I have a Fossil that needed a battery and I did not have it with me. The battery has been hard to find locally. They had it and they just gave me one! Customer Wow for sure! So a regular shopping day turned an to a great experience ,I walking in to fossil, fell in love with a couple watches, and check Laptop bags, and I got approach by the team which everybody was super nice. I got myself a watch, and the assistant manager help me resizing the watch, in the process we were talking and I was so impressed with the kindness and knowledge of this two ladies and how sweet they were at the store, showing me the watch and the bag. I’ve been a fan of fossil for a long time, but today It was a remarkable experience, Gabriella fix my watch ,now a fit correctly I am very thankful for all the help that I received today , you girls are fun ,Pretty ,sweet and kind and full of knowledge too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And by the way, I’m coming back soon for my laptop...
