The worst manager, really bad experience treated me like a thief, I went to the store to return some items, for which couldn't find the receipt, humiliated me and my son in front of all other customers,and cashiers, I explained to him, I buy thousands of dollars worth of merchandise every single week, and it will be to hard to go through all the receipt I had in my wallet and in the office and may be the items I had there were purchase separated, I told him to call the others stores in Miramar or Pembroke Pines to speak to the managers and employees that knows me and appreciate all the business I do we them, He refuse to help and basically trow me out of the store. When I got to the store in Pembroke pines, he had called the other manager a new lady manager that never saw before, and basically told her to watch out for me, and that I was a thief and not to do the refund for me. Read moreThis tjmaxx is nice and big but the customer service sucks soooo bad, the front lanes were so backed up I only had 3 ideas, so I decided to check out in the jewelry department the nice lady Lorraine was with a customer so I just stood there waiting for her, the so called “manager” Nancy B. was putting out merchandise she saw me standing there never opened her mouth to ask if I needed help. She saw Lorraine was busy all she had to do was ring up 3 items it’s not hard.
